Review Outback Steakhouse - Louisville

There wasn't any wait at all this Sunday. The food was pretty good. The bread that they bring you out with the butter is delicious. Especially when it's warm. I really liked the salmon, and the asparagus. Also the baked potato fully loaded was great. The steak was just okay I guess. It was a touch bit over cooked or something. And the Ice Cream with the brownie was to die for! 😍😍😍 The waiter was very good at keeping us supplied with our drinks, the complimentary bread, and things of that nature. The store and the parking lot was very clean. And yes, they do have their own parking lot area. The inside is decorated pretty nice, and I really liked it. The store is handicap accessible. This does seem like a good location for a decent sized party, or a small intimate setting. Not bad!

Very tasty meal. I'm a big eater and my 10 ounce salmon meal filled me up. Everything was hot and fresh. Service was courteous, helpful and speedy. I will definitely return.

Even though they were pretty busy we still had swift and respectable service. Our waiter was delightful and definitely deserves a raise. Overall wait time for food was pretty normal. Food tasted good and made the way we ordered without problems. Only complaint was the bathroom. I can only speak for the women's bathroom but there was tp all over the floor and barely any soap. It wasn't enough to wash my hands. Though I do understand they need staff on deck for how busy they were. Also for anyone watching what they eat or in a calorie deficit, they have their calories on the menu with the items. Honestly tired of a lot of restaurants not having that. Overall a nice place to go and enjoy a sit down meal.

I went a few days ago, and I had the best waiter I have ever had at this restaurant, or anywhere for that matter. His name was Jay, a younger Black man, if you go I suggest you ask for him if you want the best service. Our drinks never went empty, and I drink sweet tea extremely fast, lol. But he was great with writing down the orders, and just overall keeping us happy. There was one issue with my food, there was a hair in it, which is why I am giving 4 stars instead of 5, just because the issue never should of happened. However, it was a light brown hair, so I knew it was not Jay's. As a manager was walking around asking people how there food was, I kind of flagged him down to make him aware of the situation, he immediately apologized for the situation and not only did he replace the entire meal. he did not charge me for it, and offered a free desert. He introduced himself, and his name was Ron. The way he handled the situation was very good and in the end, I was happy with the way I was treated and the way the issue was corrected. I will be going back, and I will ask for Jay when I go.

This was my pregnant daughter, her fiance, and my first time going to Outback Steakhouse and it all was out of this world! The service and food were so amazing! I recommend this awesome restaurant to anyone looking for great, delicious food and I mean melt in your mouth steaks, yummy desserts, and fabulous service! We will definitely be return customers.

Very nice place. Took my staff here for a night of celebrating. Food was delivered quick. Drinks were topped off frequently. They cleaned alot. The staff were nervous tho. I don't know if they were overwhelmed. Our server dropped a glass. It shattered everywhere and they were on it getting it wiped up quickly. I felt bad for her. The hand sanitizer bottles spray far so be careful when using them lol.

Service is fast, food is great and you definitely get what your money's worth. During the pandemic, service has been significantly slower and prices are raised/limited menu but that's most places nowadays. It's our favorite "date night" place as well as to take the the kids to.

Everything was good here. The service was good, the tables were spaced out nice, and was an enjoyable experience. I have the Alice springs chicken which is a classic and was tasty as usual. The french onion soup was also tasty. Overall nice and no complaints.

Shout out the Ms ashley our waitress for making our dining experience a grand one!! Wonderful service, so friendly and fast! And amazing food!! The steak was super tender and so full of flavor. And not an ounce of fat!! The whole place was so clean and the staff was on top of cleaning as soon as people left.

Actually, this was my best experience at an Outback, in a very long time. Went because I had received a gift card. My apologies to our hostess/waitress for not being able to recall her name. She was excellent! Very attentive and courteous. Our food was cooked as ordered, fresh and hot. Nothing was forgotten. First time at this location and the only one I will be likely to revisit. Thanks!

My family tends to choose this location for some family dinners, but we hadn't been since the "remodel" (which seems to have only affected the outside, as the bathrooms are in super poor shape). My number one issue is that our server didn't seem to care that our food was not made correctly for all but one of the people in our group. We had a raw steak delivered, fries instead of broccoli on the kids plate, and two burgers sent out with just lettuce and mayo (none of the other toppings). When I stated that we were missing the items from our burgers, I got a very strange response from the server, who admitted not checking the plates before bringing them out... and he failed to offer to bring the missing items. I wouldn't usually complain about not having silverware by the time our appetizer was sent out, but since we had so many other issues, I may as well toss that in the mix. Long story short, very poor service, not sure whether to be frustrated with the kitchen or the server (probably both), but we will most likely not be back considering there are plenty of other well functioning restaurants with better service and food within steps of this place.

We went to celebrate a birthday. Our server was great. Waters filled often, food was cooked and delivered at a reasonable time. I wish I could remember our waiter's name. He was good and friendly although busy. I think it was Larry. Or maybe Jeff. The birthday boy got a dessert on top of the dessert he ordered. Happy Birthday!

Very poor service. Seated, than forgotten about. Didn't get what we ordered, then what we did get wasn't right. Couldn't get drinks or refills. Wife was supposed to get a salad before her meal, but salad never came. Asked three different employees about her salad, all said they would get it, but salad never came. Waitress never would come to the table and never saw a manager or supervisor. Probably won't go to that Outback again.

Unfortunately this is my second time experiencing poor service. We ate at this location yesterday . It took several minutes to be greeted in the bar Booth the hostess pointed towards . No sweetner asked three times. Apps arrived and no utensils. Felt sorry for the one poor server that kept having people seated in his station even though he could not handle us and another couple that received a stop by from the manager. This did not happen for us. The food was not cooked properly with his Burger undercooked and my steak over cooked. Really disappointed again .

The service was great! They were very busy and still we had amazing service! The food was amazing and delish, you might be asking why not give 5 stars? Well thats because our hostess tried very hard to seat us. I have issues with sitting at a regular 4 top and asked for a booth. That was no problem! What I did find bothersome was that as she led me and my friend to a booth as I requested, she was yelled at by the manager. Or the woman i assume was the manager. She legit yelled at this poor girl for simply doing as I had asked. It upset me so much i even told the girl to not let anyone talk to her that way and she in no way deserved to be treated that way. She did nothing wrong! Otherwise our service and food was incredible! Although my steak was a tad over peppered, i understand they were busy and they pushed the food out VERY quickly.

Good was way over salted and that was after a pretty decent wait for anyone to even bring us some water. On top of this, when the hostess tried to sit us at a table and we asked for one of the more than half dozen available booths instead, rather than smile and say something like "sure let me make sure which one is available" she hemmed and hawed and made a face like it was more trouble than it's worth. The server who finally took our orders was actually pretty good once he started taking our orders and such. Otherwise I would have given a single star. Won't be back to this particular Outback that's for sure.

Food was very good!! The place was crowded and our waitress and the bar area was very nice. Thank You!!

We had the best server there, We didn't have to call him over to ask for anything. He was bring it before we had to ask. the food was perfect and did not take for ever to get to us. thank you Outback for being on your game!!!!

I'm sitting at the bar and just witnessed a waiter pick up a drink from the bar and stir it with the straw that was in the drink with his fingers. The straw did. It have any paper on it and he left the straw in it and took it to the table for a customer

My family and I are here for lunch now. The service is absolutely terrible! The food is good so far but only at appetizer.

We had great service. The manager seemed very involved at all tables. The potato soup was a bit salty and the soda was flat; but we had great food other than that.

Our Food was good! Service was Slow It was like Kevin our server went and took a nap 20 mins to get our Drinks then when he remembered to bring bread to the table. We was in the corner that had been repaired kinda. We froze! Had to keep coats on. Was our first time in Louisville so I'm sure we could of went someplace better Lesson learned

We always have an enjoyable time at outback but this past Sunday on Mothers day was AWFUL!! We are not complainers but figuring out on our bank statement 3 days later that our waiter decided to STEAL an extra 2 bucks for his tip! IM OUTRAGED!! He got at 17 dollar tip and that includes the 2 bucks he stoled!! This waiter was HORRIBLE!!!! Food was decent the service SUCKED!!! After eating 3 appetizers it to 30 min after that to get our main course. Before we ordered food the waiter took our drink order..my husband ask for strawberry lemonade the waiter says they don't carry that drink..we thought that was odd cause we have gotten that before. 5 min later waiter is taking drink order the table across from us..we heard them ask for strawberry lemonade the waiter replies with let me go back there and see if we can make that..waiter comes back with Strawberry lemonade. Again we are not complainers...bottom line is you STEAL from me you damn right I'm gonna complain!! When you have to spend 135 dollars + to feed your family of 5 plus give this waiter 15 bucks for poor ass service...which is my husbands fault if it were me he would have gotten nothing!! Then this waiter is gonna steal and extra 2 bucks!! Ummm NO!! I will be calling tomorrow!! And we will never be back!! Word of mouth travels fast believe me it will be known of the kind of experience we recieved..

Took way too long to even get a waitress to our table, had to ask for bread, took forever to get our food and they wasn't even busy. We were there over two hours. It was my dad's first time there and he said it was his last.
