Red Robin Gourmet Burgers - Louisville - Photo album

Excellent burgers that includes unlimited season fries, Homemade potato chips and several other items. The burger was cooked to my specifications. Sir what is a good experience. SERVICE was over the top. My first time at this restaurant and was waited by Faith. She was excellent and on top of thing
We went around 2pm on a Thursday for lunch. It took longer than anticipated to get seated only to see there’s only 3 tables seated in the entire restaurant. Obviously a super slow lunch. Waitress was super sweet but we ordered fried pickles for an appetizer and she came back a while later acting con
Went for my bday to get my free bday burger. It was excellent. My wife got hers on a gluten free bun. Burgers 🍔 are always good. We never got asked if we wanted more fire's but otherwise we enjoyed our meal.
Side salad came out with the burger and fries instead of before. Never was asked if I wanted a drink refill. The Red Robin burger was great but fries lost their crispness since I had to eat my salad first.
Place was clean. Food was good. Service was decent. Self pay station at table was pretty nasty and wouldn't read our card. Not sure why restaurants use them. They get gross and are hard to clean. They also take up table space.
Our family arrived at 5pm to a very open seating arrangement. Service was quick and efficient, the burgers were perfectly done, and the atmosphere was relaxed! We loved our visit to this location!
Service was good, the waitress was very nice. Made a mistake with my daughter's burger. Took a long time to get it re-fired. They forgot to put it in the computer so it didn't get made until my wife inquired about it after waiting fifteen minutes. They took it off the bill and added some free doughn
it was pretty quiet when we stopped by since it was earlier on a weekday. our server was so sweet and we didn’t have a long wait for our food! the tower of onions was shocking, in a great way, and the peach shake was so good.
Red Robin is my favorite burger chain. Love their gourmet burgers, onion rings, sweet potato fries, and Freckled Lemonade. Our server did a great job and I was pleased with my food and overall dining experience.
So, my burger, The Royal, was really good. Wife’s meal, really good. We also had the tower of onion rings, also really good. However I’m a cole slaw snob, and the cole slaw was not great. Personally I didn’t think it was even ok, but again, I’m funny about slaw. So take that for what you will.
Food was ok but have bottomless root beer floats which was fantastic. I enjoy going here usually have very nice service and enjoy my time.
I ordered the chicken teriyaki sandwich and it fell apart in my hands before I could eat 1/4 of it. The onion rings and fries were not very good. Our waitress was great though and the restaurant was clean.
