“Have been planning for a long time to have some burgers here and finally had em.the lady at the counter helped me out with the menu n combos As it’s my first time here. Employees are very attentive and helpful.Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with fries n drinks. As it’s lunch time, store looked full and we have to wait for table. It’s not a self service, employee brought the order to our table. Chicken was amazing and the fries looked like waffles and they were awesome too. Below are some of my clicks from this place.......

I don’t think I’ve ever said no to Chick-fil-A… ever. I visit this location a lot as it is close to my apartment and I always get great service. The food is hot and delicious. The wait time is never long. The store itself is always clean. I love coming here.

Staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to go above and beyond for customer satisfaction. As always, the food was delicious. We decided to eat inside the restaurant. Both the inside and drive thru was packed, but we still ordered and got our food within minutes. You can't really ask for more from fast food restaurants. In my opinion, all other fast food places should take notes from chick-fil-a.

The Jewel of Dixie Hwy, when it comes to fast food. I've been to a ton along the Eastern US and this one is great! I've been inside, drive thru is a little longer than normal but still speedy and the app orders are great!!!

I love the food here, particularly their salads which are made fresh. I will say when they have new people on the line in training I usually miss something from my order like today (did not sub spicy filet for regular filet) but aside from minor mistakes like forgetting an order item they're pretty good.

The girls out there giving taking your orders to they are really friendly thinking work on them. Weren't at the window sometimes I wish not at what word in acting? It's savings. I mean able to get something free once in a while because I spent so much money there and never get anything free or rewards before.

Service was good went right at start of lunch no lines still took awhile for simple order not sure why. Plenty of staff. Fries were fresh but 1/4 of the box were crumbs. few full fries most small pieces like we got the end of the bag lol. Chicken sandwich was good visually looked over cooked or cooked in old oil but it was tender. kinda smallish was not impressive. All in all it was ok kinda expected better food presentation from Chic-fil-A.

I came for the cheap and easy chicken sandwich, got convinced to try the new chicken sandwich on the menu. Wasn't nearly as spicy as expected or told. Still good though and I would recommend it.

They are the best Fast Food restaurant in terms of quality and customer service. Employees are always going above and beyond expectations and the food is the freshest in the business. Did I mention they invented the chicken sandwich?

Finally made a trip to the newer Dixie Hwy Chick-fil-A. Initially thought it was a mistake to go at 12:30pm today (8/10/16) as the drive thru was packed by the time I could get into the lot from Dixie. Did wait about 10 minutes or so before getting to the order mic, but the line started moving very fast. The person on the mic was very pleasant, and so was the girl that grabbed my card from the drive thru lane and give me my drink ahead of getting to the window. The window girls were very pleasant too. Love the addressing by name. Got food back to the office and it was very tasty. Extremely impressed with the service, politeness, quality of food, and my overall experience.

The other night I lost my keys at Chick Fil A right around closing time, and I was about to give up when Miles came out after his shift and looked for almost 45 minutes with me before he found them! This is the best place on Dixie with workers like these. Thanks miles!

Been there the last 2 times and the girl at the window was very rude. I wasn't greeted properly and she handed me my money and food and walked away. She looked at me as if I was bothering her. I won't be retiring to this location.

Chick-fil-A really knows how to treat customers! I was asked to park to wait for fresh chicken nuggets. I was more than happy to wait for fresh food! The manager brought it out to me and apologized for my wait. I told him it was no big deal. Even still, he gave me a coupon for free nuggets in the future! Totally unexpected but appreciated!
