Great all around, fun filled atmosphere. The service is very friendly and fast. My favorite guacamole in town. The vegetarian options for Mexican cuisine are my favorite entrée. Try the chorizo soy quesadilla , taco ,or pick your dish to substitute the vegetarian meat. Tell them Terry sent you there for a discount.

New location is amazing! I love the bar area! Drinks and food are delicious, service was great as usual. Definitely my favorite Nopal location it is just a whole new atmosphere, they definitely cater to their customers and listen to their requests.

The new location (right next door in the old Buckheads Building near White Castle) is absolutely GORGEOUS!!! Big, spacious, modern. The bar is beautiful. Same amazing food & service!!

So a group of us went there after work on Wednesday night before Thanksgiving. I'm sure the staff was tired and wanted to go home and be with their families. The place was pretty packed.
Everyone in our party had great food and great service. The staff was super friendly and very attentive. Thank you for making it a great experience.

The food tastes great. I had the five different types of enchiladas plate. Their mixed drinks are not watered down. The atmosphere is family friendly.

We had a large party, 16 people. The service was great, consistent drinks & food delivered. Allowed separate checks. Best carnitas I’ve had in town. And all El Nopals have great tortilla soup.

Do you want some delicious authentic Mexican food?? El Nopal is a great place to stop and enjoy that food. Between the chips and salsa, the cold drinks, and my favorite dish (chicken strips, cheese and rice) (I know it’s really basic) you can’t go wrong here. I love Mexican food and I’ve never had an issue going to this restaurant.

Our waiter knew no English, thank goodness, one of us knew Spanish. This was a birthday celebration and a lot of fun. Service wasnt up to par, and taco bowl was overdone, but we still had a great time. Food was tasty, guacomole exxellent. Fried ice cream was delish!

I'm not going to talk bad about the service they work hard they're always Johnny on the spot and they always seem to treat me well. Now the food tastes good but they have raised the prices quite a bit quite a bit, I will say in the past 4 years the item that I used to buy there 4 years ago which I still eat to this day has doubled! Now for the atmosphere, the building is old, old, old, but they are moving into a new in the same parking lot over by white castle where buck heads used to be. I bet that place is going to be amazing! But the old one needs to go!
