This is the best chicken in town. Every time I go there every thing is consistent... The chicken is always hot and fresh. I don't care what time of day it is. Please stop sleeping on this location. Service is always good and professional. I'm going to be on cholesterol meds. If I keep messing with them š I was a little disappointed with the rib tips. But I know I must stick with the chicken.

The peg legs are becoming smaller and smaller, although their prices have increased. They still taste good. Just be sure to check your order before driving away. I live 15 minutes away and paid for an order of wedges( I love those too). However, they weren't in my bag. I assumed they were due to the cashier asked me if I wanted ketchup. I didn't notice until a couple of hours later;my bad!

Their sweet tea is The Best!! Just wish they had lemon š packets! The chicken was hot and delicious. I also wish they had regular potato wedges... some people can't do spicy!

They have the best chicken. No place in Kentucky compares. Spicy chicken is the best all the way around the board. 2 piece snack box is under $8. Its perfect for lunchtime carry out have a drink though.

Iāve been coming to this Indis on 3rd street since I was 7-8 years old along with the rest of my family they have the best employees and the best spicy keel hands down! Always fresh greens are amazing wedges are great too. Love this place and love that itās known as a Louisville staple. If you havenāt tried it your missing out!

Highly recommend. Spicy chicken is the best here, seasoned perfect for my taste. The hot sauce is a great blend of pepper sauce and vinegar that pairs with the chicken well. The greens are great, and the wedges are iconic.

Was in Louisville for a convention and Indies is one of my must go to every time I'm in the city hands down best chicken I have eaten the spicy chicken breast is a must try especially with the house made hot sauce the sides taste home made this place far exceeds any other chicken joint that I have been to and I have eaten at alot of different places if your in Louisville make a trip to Indies you won't leave disappointed.

The food is really good but they ALWAYS run out of food and no matter what kind of chicken it is, Iām told itās a 30 Minute wait , sooooo u didnāt see that the chicken is getting low and cook another batch, I love Indiās and I would have gave them 5 stars but the last 3 times I had to leave because they didnāt have food , and it wasnāt even closing time

Food as normal was excellent!! I always stop at Indi's on the way through Louisville. The service here was nice and rude. The black woman ringing everyone up was awesome, fast, and thankful for the business. The white woman with reddish brown hair putting my order together was very very rude. She was very put out that I asked for butter and plates. She said I had to pay for it. I have to pay for plates when I just spent 27.83 OMG!! No silverware either. OMG!!

I ordered 12 pieces of chickens, came home and open it up there only 10 in there. Management need to teach them employees how to count. It wasn't cheap. 12 pcs for 17.something. and I only have 10 for the same price. Shame *#! $

Undecided. First visit. Didn't know what to get. Went with catfish dinner w side of baked beans and mashed pot. and gravy. Adding tea it cost $11.12 which was a littlepricey for the serving size. First piece of fish was light and crispy and thin but good. Second piece too fried and greasy like they left it in too long. Left a greasy taste and fishey. Yuck. Liked the sides but very small and tiny roll. Might try something else but didn't love it.
