Was My first time there; needed something gluten-friendly, fast and affordable$... server was very polite and helpful answering questions about ingredients, food came very fast, was delicious, large portion... ordered loaded nachos carnitas ($13.99), shared with my daughter and we were both stuffed... next time we will try tacos and fried plantains, there were so so many ice cream flavors, we didn't get ice cream this time... we will definitely go again and work our way thru the menu

This is my second time at Panchitos ice cream. Great food. Fast service. Staff has always been very friendly and helpful. We sat on the back deck today, it was a beautiful day. Great local restaurant.

Lunch at Panchitos Ice Cream & Taqueria; “Mangonadas” y Tacos de Al Pastor y Tripa estaban deliciosos!! I also had the authentic Mexican esquites (corn street) and fruit cocktail with Chamoy & Tajín, so good as well!!! Clean bathrooms, the ladies at the register were very polite and my food came out quick and very fresh. One of the few AUTHENTIC Mexican Ice cream and “Antojitos (snacks)”.

I loved this place! Fresh ingredients, yummy food. The tacos and doritos nachos were 10/10. The icecream!!! Their icecream is like frozen whipped cream, such an amazing flavor. Will definitely be back!

OMG!!! Soooooooooo good!!! I will definitely be back. Not only do they serve ice cream and other treats, but they do have a hot menu. I wanted to taste EVERYTHING. Definitely try this place out. It's a small space but very welcoming. You won't be disappointed.

What can I say. Can't go wrong with tacos. Especially tacos from Panchito's. Their tacos are huge full of flavor. I ordered 5 but wished I ordered 3. Definitely would recommend the Birja Taco, absolutely delicious. Guacamole and home made chips are to live for. Also their agua de orchata is a must try drink. Would definitely recommend Panchito's to all who crave authentic Mexican street food.

Some of the best tacos I’ve had in Louisville! Ordered the fish, tikka, and mole tacos. I had already eaten the fish taco before I took this picture. All were amazing, but their mole tacos are absolutely amazing!
I also got the cucumber lemonade agua fresca. It was very refreshing. Fair warning though, if you don’t like pulp you will not enjoy it.
The ice cream was so good! I got the Horchata flavor and the Galletas Marias with Cajeta. So creamy tasteful. Will definitely be coming back!

Panchitos is my family's favorite taco place in the area. We have visited several times and the food has been consistent with each visit. I love that this isn't a national chain, and not just another taco spot where everything tastes the same. The workers are always very polite and helpful (and patient with me! lol).
The taco meat is always flavorful, served in a double corn tortilla, with onions, cilantro, lime wedges, and red and green salsas. I highly recommend the Carnitas and Asada. The salsa verde is phenomenal, so bright and packed with flavor.
They have a large selection of desserts, including homemade ice cream, strawberries with cream (TRY IT: fresas con crema), churro sundaes, mangonadas, and shakes.
This is not just a must-try, but will probably become a staple in your household too.

It's my first time in Kentucky and my father took me here for some Ice cream and it was amazing!!! I got the Horchata flavored ice cream and it did not disappoint absolutely delicious 10/10 recommend
