My boyfriend and I went here last night for a birthday/anniversary dinner and we had such a nice experience!! We couldn’t help but order their signature Mac n Chz with carnitas and it was literally to die for. We also got their pretzel sticks (amazing as well). I got the BBQ Carnitas flatbread, so freaking yummy. And my boyfriend got the Pimento Cheese Smashburger, he couldn’t stop taking bites out of his burger. 10/10 would come here again. And the service was awesome!!

The Manhattan Project was an awesome way to start off our last day in Louisville. The interior space was large and airy, with a really cool pass-through letting tons of light in. Food was definitely good, with the fried cheese curds particular delicious. In terms of drinks, the bloody mary was outstanding. Would definitely come back.

Lunch for 1 on a Sunday afternoon. Server was friendly and attentive. Got the Clifton burger and upgraded to a side of mac & cheese. With several items on the menu centered on the mac & cheese I expected it to be exceptional. It was good but not amazing. The burger, however, was incredible! I would recommend them to anyone. I will definitely be back!

What an amazing experience. I’ve never seen such an eclectic menu. We started with the blackened ahi tuna and some blue point oysters. Highly recommend the blackened ahi, the pineapple salsa that comes with it was the perfect pairing. I had the Clifton burger which was out of this world. My partner who is vegetarian had the Roasted Tomato Grilled Cheese, and it was so flavorful. Between the whipped Brie cheese and the roasted tomatoes it was pack full of savory flavor, but you have to try it with the blackberry jam that comes with it. The jam took it up another notch. Over all an amazing experience. And our server Laura was so fun and very attentive. I can’t wait to come back. Over all a full 10/10 experience.

Macaroni & Cheese Entree was very hearty and delicious. I read it was the best Mac and cheese in Louisvillle so I had to try. Definitely very filling, cheesy and yummy. I had with onion strings. I love their sweet potato fries !

Good vibe, great selection of drinks, particularly beers on tap. We loved the cheese curds.
I had cauliflower wings and Mexican fries, both of which were just OK. Service was also fairly slow and relatively inattentive—but I discount that a bit as they had a very large other party while we were there.

What a great place! The staff was very accommodating to our group and everyone was friendly and helpful. The food was absolutely amazing and delicious. What an eclectic menu for food and drink. Definitely worth visiting several times! The drink is called Old Smoky. The rest are:
Cheese curds. Pickle fries. Prime rib and onion straws sandwich. Grilled cheese and tomorrow and blackberry jam. Veggie flatbread. Roasted tomato Mac and cheese.

I absolutely love this place!! Great food, I love the macaroni and cheese! And the Bread pudding choices are divine. Awesome service and an amazing vibe. Definitely on my list of favorites in the area!!

Everything here is awesome! Loved the ambiance, the food is delicious and our server Anna was one of the best!
We went in a group and orders a lot of appetizers to share, which is definitely the way to go here. The apps are great! Nashville hot shrimp, onion rings, spicy Thai chicken bites, loaded fries and buffalo chicken wings were some we got! The wings were a clear winner with onion rings not too far behind.. They were as big as donuts!!! I could have skipped the chicken bites. All in all Delicious!
I got the build your own Mac and cheese with crab cake! The Mac and cheese was on point, perfectly creamy sauce , good flavor.. but next time, I will go with the hot shrimp instead of the crab cake! The crab cake wasn’t bad.. just nothing out of the ordinary about it. But wait! The S’mores Sunday is a must get! Do not leave this place without trying it!

Second time going here, PB&J burger is a must have, the Ahi Tuna tacos are amazing. Service was slow but appeared to be only one server working.

I was here for a Bridal Shower, and I really loved the atmosphere. The bartender was really friendly and attentive.

They have never disappointed me with their ambience, food and drinks. One of the best places to eat in Louisville. Good for holding gatherings for 100+ people. The patio space is ever so comfortable. Located in one of the best location of Louisville. The crowd is super awesome.
Ps- I highly recommend this place for everyone.

Nice place for a beer and food while catching a game. Much larger than what it appears, and the back has several TVs, even some in the booths. Cheese curds were some of the best as the breading was super light and fresh. Only thing I didn’t like is the beer was served in plastic cups

Decent food in a neat building. The Cajun Risotto was delicious. It states it comes with sausage and shrimp, although it's only one bite of sausage. Still good food and nice in the summer with the windows open.

A neighborhood gem! Growing up in Clifton area, the mix of old and new makes me nostalgic. The Manhattan Project is the perfect addition to this area. Very inviting from the street. No place like home!
There is street parking and parking lot for free. It's easily located off Frankfort Avenue right on the corner. Masks optional with Covid vaccine changes. Patrons were socially distanced apart. Staff was very engaging and friendly.
We were seated immediately in the bar area. Kaitlyn, on of the bartenders, came over immediately to greet us and go over the menu. She was very friendly and informative. She gave some great menu suggestions! She checked on us all night and gave right amount of space. She was wonderful!
The food....was very good. We ordered the full Manhattan Project salad minus the blue cheese. It comes with mixed greens, red pepper slivers, black olives, red onions, and thin cuts salami with this delicious honey champagne vinegarette. The salad was simple but soo delicious and the dressing took it up a notch. Loved the dressing. We got a vegetarian flat bread minus the blue cheese. Notice not a blue cheese fan. Lol. It had nice chunks of veggies and left the Parmesan cheese. There were banana pepper rings on the board with the flat bread. We added those to our salad. Then the crab cake appetizer. The crab cakes were mostly crab and well seasoned.
For the drinks, we ordered peach Mule and old fashioned. Both of the drinks were very balanced and well made. Really great drinks. Thanks Kaitlyn.
Loved all the great food and drink suggestions. Definitely would come back when visiting again and encourage others. Great neighborhood welcomed feeling and overall vibe!

Attended my work Christmas party and loved the atmosphere.

Our group of 4 had our first visit yesterday. Our server was Bailey. She was friendly. The beer we wanted, Necron 99 had enough for one pour and then the keg blew. So that was disappointing. I felt for the price, the portions were extremely small. We tried the deviled eggs (too runny for me and not enough flavor), Fried pickles (tasty and had a very good breading on them), Nashville Hot Shrimp (tasty but very, very spicy) and the Mac and Cheese with bacon. It had a good flavor but just wasn't for me. Service was good until it got busy but she still kept up best as she could.

The beef brisket nachos were amazing! I recommend it. We were in the party room and it was a great place to socialize and such. I’ve never heard of this place but would highly recommend going there.

I really wanted to like this place. It's a cool building, atmosphere, and location - but the service? That needs a bit of work. We were there for brunch, and had a lovely waitress, Mercedes. It was her first brunch shift, so she was a little frazzled, but empathetic for our experience. Despite missing options on the menu, two of the 5 of us got the wrong order, the other two (myself and another) had a well over cooked burger.
This place is probably good to drink, and watch the games, but a full brunch? Not so much.
The manager came over, and was very unapologetic to our table. He simply acknowledged it, made a shit apology, and just asked if there was anything he could help with?
It felt like he wasn't listening to anything we were saying. The kitchen staff messed up big time, and then we were told that if we wanted to order something else, it couldn't be from the brunch menu, as that ended 5 minutes after our complaint.
We surely didn't want to bother the staff after 2 PM to re-make the food they messed up on. -_-

Craig was very knowledgeable on the menu and made some delicious suggestions when we were stuck trying to make a decision. Service was prompt and the food came out quickly. The tuna tartare was absolutely phenomenal. I was skeptical but it delivered as an amazing dish. The burger was delicious and cooked perfectly and the beer cheese soup was awesome. My only issue was that I was too full to try the bourbon bread pudding. I'm sure it would be amazing as well. Overall it was a great experience and the food was well worth every penny. We will definitely be back and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a delicious meal and some cocktails.

Nice place! Great laid back atmosphere. The bar and outside patio are awesome. We ate at the bar. The bartender Michelle was very helpful. The mac & cheese was pricey but very good. I would add chicken next time. I will definitely be back to catch a game or meet up with friends.

Went for brunch, food was great (crab cake eggs Benedict) service was slow (looked like they might have been under staff) although our server was a nice fellow (he then took time out to show us the dinner menu so we can see what they offered) they didn't have the ingredients for the blood Mary ( their signature Bloody Mary) we order so we had to settle for one of the others (they only had 3 kinds on the menu) over all pretty good and I'll try it again.

Had a great experience. Food was great. Service was nice. Wine by the bottle and beer by the glass was 1/2 price on Wednesday. We had the fried pickles, cali burger and Rueben - all were wonderful. Highly recommended.
UPDATE: here on a Saturday at 7:30pm. Service was SLOW. Even though we were one of 4 tables in whole place. Server never checked on us. And some food not available. Seems this place is going down hill quick.

Super place! Great staff and the owner Kevin was such a nice guy! The sofa and chairs were a comfy spot to watch football and enjoy a flight of bourbon

We had a small reception here yesterday and everything was perfect. The staff really made our experience fantastic. So many compliments on the food! Thanks again for catering to our special day!

Food was great, service was great, and the restaurant atmosphere was great. I strongly suggest trying it out. The buffalo calamari is a must have, if you like food with a kick.
Michele Bricker Sullivan
Fantastic food and service. Shared the nachos that included short ribs and they were delicious. I then ordered the mac & cheese with short ribs and roasted tomatoes and it's one the best things I've ever eaten.
Annie Olesh
The food is SO GOOD. Chris was our server and did a phenomenal job. The menu might seem a little pricey at first, but when you're scraping your plate clean, it's worth it. I got the house burger (delicious) and my boyfriend go the build your own Mac & cheese. Such a good idea!! We left full and happy and will most definitely be back. TMP is a great addition to Frankfurt Ave!

First visit today for Father's Day brunch food was fine service was even better. We were the first ones in the door but they quickly got slammed but did not seem to cause a problem kept smiles and service was smooth. We will be back.

Food - 4
Service - 5
Ambiance- 5
Drinks - 3.5 (they struggled making a straightup martini)
Value - 3.5
Went there on a Saturday night to watch a UK game. Had a great time. Service outstanding (Kenzie was our server). Other than being a little pricey for an upscale sports bar, it's a great spot! Will return .
