Update! After customer service reached out and asked for a second chance. We came back and the difference was night and day. The young lady the took our order was pleasant and seemed to enjoy working there! The food was awesome. See my photos!In stark contrast to this visit that preceded it. Went here to grab a quick bite. When we walked in the man behind the counter told us it would be at least 20 minutes before we would be able to order. We asked for water while we waited. He obliged and gave us two small cups. He then went about his task which appeared to be organizing or cleaning up. As we got our waters two people walked in and got in line ahead of us. No more than 10minutes had passed, yet he began to take their order. We decided to leave and spend our money elsewhere.

I'm from out of town but decided to eat here two days in a row (I really like Qdoba, lol)
The first time I went, it was lunch time and was decently crowded as there was a convention in town and two of the main hotels are just a couple of blocks away. While ordering my food, the prepper started working on doordash orders at the same time, this making ordering kinda confusing, but that might just be me. I asked for a drink at the counter and due to the cashier distracted by something else, I didn't get one, and since I didn't get a receipt, I don't know if I got charged or not, so I didn't bother.
Today, I decided to go a bit earlier than yesterday and my experience was way better. The ordering process was easier, despite there being a line. I ordered a large drink and, unfortunately, they didn't have any large lids. Since I had to get my order to go, the cashier offered me two regulars as well as the large I already had (which I offered to a kind man since I couldn't take it, lol).
TL;DR, standard Qdoba but I'd highly recommend getting there from 11:00 to 11:30 if getting lunch. Was a 50/50 in regards to both quality and service.

The food was pretty good and was typical of Qdoba which is good but not great and you needed a token to enter the restrooms which I understand since this is a downtown location. The only thing that put me off was the emotionless attitude of the counter help. At least pretend you're glad we chose your place for lunch.

Had 2 free burritos from my rewards I ordered online they were out of queso when I went but the girl gave me 2 more free ones so I was happy cause I barely had anything to eat for a few days and that helped when I needed it not sure if it was an accident or on purpose but I appreciated it. Service was a little slow and there was 3 people working and they were all doing different things so it didn't bother me at all I was in no rush definitely the best one I've been to so far and will definitely be going back when I can.

I go to QDoba for lunch some time. They have good fresh food and service is pretty fast at this location.

The manager deserves praise.
Today I went to this location for lunch. When I was leaving, I noticed a homeless man searching through the street trash for food. He said he was starving and I offered to buy him a meal. We went inside and the staff could not have been more kind and respectful. The manager is an amazing woman who took care of this poor man. It warms my heart to know that there are people in the community like her. I really appreciate this store and just wanted to share this wonderful experience, it was truly humbling. Thank you.

Lady at front is awesome - they only had three people running the store and she had an amazing attitude in the midst of an insane staffing shortage. She was positive and had great service. Wish I knew her name so I could give her a personal shout out! I’ve been waiting for about 15 mins (and probably will be waiting longer) for my food but I don’t even care because she and the rest of the team are killing it. Please promote her if she’s not already a store manager she obviously should be for keeping such a level head during a crazy rush.

Honestly, I’m a fan of Qdoba. At this location, I can get guacamole, queso, and peppers, with no extra charge. I eat here a little too often for lunch, but I know I can get a chicken burrito bowl with black beans, white rice, queso, peppers, pico, and guacamole for $8.27! That’s without a drink though. Gotta stick with the water if I’m going to fight off the pounds. Qdoba, is better than Chipolte. I'm not even going to say IMHO because this isn't an opinion, it is a fact.
