Pizza Lupo - Louisville - Photo album

Great Neapolitan style pizza! We got the “sting like a bee” because I can’t pass up a sourdough pizza drizzled in hot honey AND Detroit style pepperonis. If you’ve never had this combo (or hot honey on pizza alone) you need to try it asap. 🤤 Size was good for 2 people to have leftovers. Also love a
Cute place! Cozy inside. Hot, delicious pizza and cold, refreshing drinks. Our server was happy to give suggestions and accommodate our requests. We will definitely stop here anytime we're in Louisville.
Was within walking distance of the bed n breakfast Butcher Rose. We had the pasta and you could tell it was freshly made and not out of a box. Staff was great, atmosphere was inviting and the food was amazing. The family next to use got the mushroom pizza and they demolished it quickly.
Pizza lupo is quality. Quality ingredients, quality service. Everything Ive tried has been delicious. This time we had the braised cabbage, caponata. The gelato is decadent. Weve also tried the milk and honey pizza, as well as the falafel sandwich 👌 Everything is amazing, it's hard to not get one of
Tonight we had some of the best pizza we have had in a while at Pizza Lupo in Louisville. We had the Milk & Honey (cambozola, choice of fresh or aged mozzarella, local garlic, buttermilk ricotta base, fresh basil, house hot honey, parmigiano reggiano) we added their house made pork sausage at the re
This was some seriously great pizza. I had heard from others that this was the best pizza in Louisville, and it certainly lives up to its reputation. We tried three of the menu pizzas and they were all amazing. pro tip: order the side of ranch. It's $2 but it's honestly some of the best in-house ran
Great wood fired pizza. Several different beers. Good service. Looked like a big wine list but that’s not my thing. One size pizza only. Enough for 3 or 4 normal people. 2 if you’re us and take a few slices home. Had the wood fired oysters too really liked those
The food was great and the service was excellent. I was bummed out they were out of Cambazola cheese, and they brought our pizza with extra mozzarella, which is not a worthy substitute. I wish we could have had the opportunity to choose a different pizza rather than missing a main ingredient. Other
Yes the pizza is great. Yes the pizza tastes great even when delivered and at room temp. Make sure you try the pepperoni. Also the Parmesan is fantastic.
Everything here is fantastic and consistently high quality. Terrific staff. I appreciate the more unusual changing wine list but it’s hit or miss for me on that end.
Reputed to have the best pizza in Louisville, and I can confirm, it might actually be some of the best pizza anywhere. This place is off the charts. The sourdough base to the pizza is so well done. Chew. Tang. Elasticity. Texture. And then in the wood fired ovens, the crisp and burn is perfection.
We were visiting from the Cincinnati area and we could not recommend this place enough! Excellent customer service, the most friendly staff and our order was ready in no time. Best pizza we’ve had is a long time…we will order again next time we’re in town!
Pizza Lupo fits in the top 10 Louisville pizza places, but oddly not primarily for its pizza. Three of us decided to give this place a try and found its pizza, although good, didn't make the top spots for the city. We found them a bit too lacking in toppings, (half the pie was crust), and all thre
Easily my favorite pizza place in town - good cocktails, excellent pizza, wonderful staff. The Sting Like a Bee pizza is my favorite and turned me onto honey as a topping. Recommend a reservation in case it's busy, although you can get tables without one too.
A bit pricey, but the foods quality and restaurant atmosphere were amazing, staff was great! My favorite pizza was the funghi, although personally I would have loved it with twice as many mushrooms, it was still a great balance as is, I could tell all the ingredients were high quality. The "witch
Recently dropped by again to the best wood fired pizza place in all of Louisville. Started with an appetizer of chilled Ramp soup, which was verdant and delicious, and a lovely house made bucattini dish. My companion loved the Gnocchi Bolognese, which had a rich tomato consistency, while not being o
It all looked so good, but if you are there mon-thur order the pizza Fiore! It's clear labor of love, but the fresh burrata and cold contrast to the hot pizza and amazing dough. The menu all looked good. Super cool spot and the wine list was extensive and unique. The service was top notch.
The pizza is 10/10. Please note add-ons are very expensive, for example mushrooms are $6. They are transparent about it, but it felt like too much
