Good food, the bathroom was a bit dirty and they had a bunch of items near the door to get in. They were pretty slow that evening. Took a bit longer than most locations for an employee to come out from the backroom.
Most scrumptiously delicious meal I’ve ever had in my entire life. Servers were incredibly educated at their jobs, and had beautiful service.

Fast, made to order (of course) bread is fabulous. I tried chicken salad sandwich today and it was so fresh and tasty! My go to is the turkey and Swiss with all the goodies but it might be be the chicken salad. Highly recommend
We always get the pizza sandwhich. It's quite good. Prices are very reasonable and service is quick. The ice cream sandwhichs are out of this world and thr shakes are very good as well. Only negative is the location can sometimes be tough to get to, lots of traffic and parking lot is always busy. Bu

Garrett gave me a very pleasurable experience at this restaurant. He told me about all their delicious meaty products. The sandwhich I ordered was prepared excellently. Minus one star because the napkins were very thin and I got a big mess on my shirt but it was a good mess! Tasty!

Love the "Wreck" sandwich, and the pizza sandwich is good, too. The grilled chicken sandwich is a good option as well. Go for the pick 2 combo deal, which is a great value. Only reason I'm not giving five stars is because of their terrible Android app, which is just the worst.

Love this place! Their sandwiches are awesome. My favorite is the Chicken and Cheddar sandwich, and you have to try their amazing Chocolate Brownie Cookies! It's a great place to grab lunch at a decent price.
When I saw it going up I thought "another sandwich shop?" Forgive me for thinking it. This is a new flavor in the neighborhood. Bought a hard of their pepper mix for home. Speaking of home, they have some kitckie 80s kitchen memorabilia that made me smile almost as big as the chocolate chip cookie
I was glad when the Potbelly franchise came to Louisville as it was one of my favorite places for delicious sandwiches in Virginia! Try a "Wreck" on skinny white or wheat - I love it and imagine you will, too!

I used to work in the Paddocks & would eat lunch frequently here. Food is consistent & good. Can get crowded at peak times but that's to be expected.
