I was really impressed with this place. The lunch menu was diverse, and I loved the pulled pork bowl I got. Our server was very friendly and very attentive. Never had an empty cup! We plan to return again very soon.
Went here for our first time today and it was perfect!! From the staff to the vibe, down to the food and drinks. It exceeded our expectations. Prices are fair and the portions are huge. The food was delicious. Large portions. Everybody had a to-go box by the end of dinner. Not one of us was able to get dessert. I will say they had some really good looking choices on the dessert menu.

Nice intimate family owned Mexican restaurant. They have a big menu with lots of options, especially for vegan and vegetarian and gluten-free. House Margarita was pretty good. The food was very good. My only complaint was there isn't an a'la cart menu. I'm a small eater so ordered from the kids menu of 3 choices and they add a $3 upcharge. They have some of the best authentic options as well as your typical westernized Mexican that we all know and love. Staff is excellent and they have a patio.

Mole Enchiladas were very good. Selected 1 beef, 1 chicken and 1 cheese. Came with white rice, fried plantains and black beans. (I asked for refried but received the wrong ones.) enchiladas were tasty and very filling. Rice and beans fine but not remarkable. Didn’t care for the deep fried plantain
I was in Louisville for a couple of days and was looking for a Mexican restaurant. This restaurant hands down is pretty good, quick service, pretty cozy and small scale restaurant. Food is delicious and servers were pretty friendly, value for money 9/10.

Properly seasoned food, actual flavor!! I routinely go to the Shelbyville location but this Hurstborne location dominates. The Shelbyville food is very bland and flavorless by comparison. This place makes great food, go support them!!
On our visit to the Derby city we stopped at this place for dinner we had a great experience the food was really good very nice presentation on our meals our server did a pretty good job and very friendly great for family and big groups good service great food and alotta space inside well recommend.
