Mission Bbq

THE BEST BBQ I've had in a long time. I travel a lot all over, this place tops everywhere I've been. The turkey n pulled pork was juicy and delicious, they have the best burnt Ends I've had outside of a family cookout, their green beans were the best I've ever had ANYWHERE, the macaroni n cheeses is baked on top n fantastic. The Cole slaw was crisp n creamy just as advertised. Did i mention the SAUCES!!! They have a sauce choice for EVERYONE. Other than the food, I LOVE the ambiance of this place, surrounded by military flags, banners, football helmets, police supporting wall decor, and stories of soldier heros with plaques and pictures at every booth. I love their food and what they stand for. From now on, when I want BBQ, I'll be making the hour drive here from Bardstown.

I absolutely love the environment and people were really nice with a big line and took time to give me a sample since it was first time ever eating there, the food was absolutely amazing !! Fast service and awesome environment! If your a service member you will appreciate this place more then a civilian as its covered with military pictures and service members pictures it's really cool ! Thank you for your service

If I could give this place 20 stars I would. The lady who took our order went over the entire board and explained everything. The brisket was the best I've ever had. The fries were above average. The Mac and Cheese was the best I had in at least 4 years that was made with love and so was the juicy brisket. And the sauces they had something for everyone.

Awesome BBQ, definitely top notch. Had a bunch of different sauces to use at the table and fresh lemonade and tea. Had zero complaints. I got the brisket sandwich, fries, and mac n’ cheese and everything was great. You can choose between a leaner cut or a more marbled cut, which I appreciate because I like leaner meats. Staff was great and the food came out quick. I will definitely come back here on my next visit in town!

Mission BBQ serves seriously excellent food. The pulled pork is juicy and smokey and has just the right texture. BBQ beans are terrific as well. Smokey and tangy with delicious shreds of brisket added. The Mac and cheese is cheesy and substantial without being gluey. Portions are generous, and while my combo came to over $16 I left full and happy, Too expensive for a casual lunch but just right for a lazy Saturday when I was feeling indulgent. The only real downside to the place is that the theme is... a lot. I'm as patriotic as the next man, and service people and police and such are 100% worthy of commemoration, but the decor just feels a bit over the top.

What a great experience! First time coming here for lunch & will 100% be back. First of all, the decor in this place will make you proud to be a American. 🇺🇸🇺🇸 Second, the food is delicious! The baby back ribs were literally fall off the bone good. You even have 6 BBQ sauces at your table you can eat. All were good! If you have never been here, ahead here. Will try to come before noon to catch the National Anthem!
