Just an all around great experience! The ice cream was fantastic and they make pastries also. Ate the ice creme for desert and ate the pastries for breakfast.

A-mazing. I love ice cream and graeters is at the top! Its so delicious...especially any of the flavors with "chip" in the title...we are not talking little flakes of chocolate, they are huge chocolaty chunks swirled throughout the creamy ice cream. Buckeye or black raspberry chip are my faves. This location is cool because you can hang outside and people watch. The other locations are equally delish though
If I don't get a steady supply of my Bourbon Ball ice cream, people get hurt. I become a nasty person, and should be locked away will an IV drip of Graeter's and Starbuck's until my body starts to stabilize. The peanut butter chip also rocks. I've strayed to other brands, and, not only are they not as dense and creamy (hello, famous French Pot Process), but I feel like a dirty, dirty cheating tramp. Never will I stray again, sweet Graeter's...never again...
Really good ice cream, but high prices for an ice cream cone!
Best ice cream around! Service is always fast and friendly -- they typically employ local high school and college students. Ice cream is great -- we're yet to find better tasting ice cream. Parking can be difficult depending on what day/time you're there, but there's typically a lot with space out back. We paid $13 for two double scoop cups.

I enjoyed my raspberry flavored ice cream. It’s the top seller there and it was a delight with small chunky chocolate chips.
This is easily my favorite ice cream place of all time. The birthday cake ice cream is so amazing with tremendous flavor; I’ve never had anything like it. The place is always booming, and I can certainly see why. The store is laid out nicely and there is a lot to choose from on the menu. They also sell to-go pints and other merchandise. I can’t wait to come back!
Still my favorite after 15 years. Their icecreams flavors and the whipped cream are pure bliss !!!!! Banana split with black raspberry, pecans and whipped cream is my go to sundae here !!!
The "1870 Tower" dish was delicious. Raspberry Chip Ice cream is among my new favorites.

Wow!! Such an incredible, unique ice cream place!! Friendly, helpful stuff, amazing ice-cream, huge scoop size! The Salted Caramel with chocolate chips had huge pieces of chocolate inside, the dark chocolate brownie one had real brownie pieces inside! Loved it, though I couldn’t finish my 2 scoops in a cup ice cream! Way too big ☺️
This is a really friendly place. I felt welcome and relaxed. The ice cream is good and I’ll probably be back.
Good premium ice cream. I enjoy coming here because not only is their ice cream superb but their customer service is excellent as well. Also don't be shy if you're uncertain about a particular flavor, they'll gladly offer you a sample to test so you can make the right purchase for yourself. Even DQ doesn't do that.
Wow the Chip Mint ice cream was fabulous along with the butter pecan. So good! Excellent service and greetings from the time we walked in to the time we walked out!
