4/5. Good food and great server. Restaurant is spacious with great decor and plenty of television. Some booths even have a personal tv located in booth which I’ve never seen before but thought was cool. Big great fireplace in middle that is real fire and great for pictures according to my daughters. We had the cheese stick appetizers and the knockout shrimp. Both were great. She got the burger and tater tots with guacamole on the side. She normally doesn’t like guacamole but loved theirs! I had the chicken and waffles. The tenders didn’t have a lot of flavor but waffles were perfect. Everyone enjoyed their food and I would return

We don't have a Brick House close to us. Dinner was good. Had the duck wings for an app and the Brick house burger and fries. Duck wings are my go to.

Excellent food. But our server (I don’t know his name unfortunately!) was the best part of the experience. He was working all the tables alone in our section and was so amazingly kind and positively as well as quick. He went out of his way to keep our drinks filled and even gave us to-go drinks! I haven’t experienced such good service at a restaurant in years!

I always come here for a beer and food. The bartenders are all really nice, the bartender whose a ginger is the sweetest woman there and will do her best to chat with you and crack a few jokes, they have beer bongs for when the boys are in town and a decent selection of bourbons. Their new menu is decent, definitely get the shrimp bacon Mac. The food is a bit on the pricier side but is overall not that bad.

The restaurant is big and spacious. The food was lacking flavor so it wasn't the best. The best part of this restaurant is the staff. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. Our server, Nick, was amazing! Would be back alone for the employees.

First time here, looks like a great place to watch a game.they have a huge fireplace inside and one outside,the food was really good we enjoyed it ,i really loved The Rosita Margarita 😊and the service was good and fast.

This is a great place to eat and have drinks. The shrimp and grits were some of the best that I have had this place has a great selection of Bourbons at a reasonable cost. Our server was also very spot on.

Food is great and Shelby the bartender is even better. I wish she would be my server/bartender everywhere. I don't ask for names to post but she was fantastic.

This place was great! It was clean, we were sat quick and the waitress was very attentive and friendly. Best service I’ve had at a sit down restaurant in a long time, the food was tasty with generous portions, and the manager was equally great!

You must try the sparkling and satisfying sangria; it was a perfect happy hour start to the weekend! The meat on the duck wing appetizer was succulent and swathed in a delicious sauce. Likewise, the calamari and deviled eggs were tasty, starters to our meal. The fish and chips, as well as, the pork chops were served in generous portions and excellent entrees. Kudos to Cathy who proved to be a master mixologist and server who ensured we had a great dining experience. I'm looking forward to going back soon!

For starters, I loved the atmosphere here. Inside and outside, it just feels like a great place to hang out and have some beer.
The food and drinks were, in my opinion, very good. I got a burger, which I thoroughly enjoyed. My wife also got a burger, which she said was too salty. In retrospect, she was right... but that's just how I like my food.
To the negative stuff: the menu mostly sucks. There is honestly very little variety, especially if you don't want to spend an arm and a leg. Our server was run off his feet and generally just very intense. I definitely would've had at least another drink, if he'd been better.
We had a free appetizer and a $25 Landry's reward, which made the meal worthwhile; however, if we hadn't had these, my review would be at least one star worse. Prices are out of control!

Great food, our server was excellent, and overall we just had a great time out with the family at this place.

It is a fun very loud attractively designed restaurant. I had the fish and chips which the server recommended and they were okay not worth the price. My husband had the Philly cheesesteak and it was very good. A friend had the burger which also was good. The fries are nothing special I would get something different next time. It is nice just a bit high priced for the food they serve.

My wife and I visited on a very busy Saturday afternoon but were seated right away and our order was taken within minutes.
I had the house special Chicken Pot Pie. The crust was light and flaky and pie was full of chicken! They did not skimp on the chicken. It was fantastic! My Bloody Mary was missing the advertised egg component but, truthfully, I was just going to give that to my wife, anyway, so all was good.
My wife got the salmon with sweet potato tots which she said was good.

Brick House Tavern + Tap is a great place for beers and flights and delicious meals! The ambience is great for sports and bar. The bartender can fill a huge beer pitcher and the tavern has a huge selection of crafty, local and imported beers in Louisville, Kentucky. The meals are very tasty and comes in big servings and are plated and presented well. We ordered house baked soft pretzels with white queso, yellow mustard and sriracha ranch. All dips were amazing and all goes well with the pretzels. The pretzels were soft and so yummy as described in the menu. Totally worth it as an appetizer. We also ordered chicken and waffles and chicken pot pie. All were delicious and the beers were all good. A must visit place and highly recommended.

Wonderful service, and food! Hamburger tasted something done on your grill outside.., great..the patio setting is a plus! Just visited again! Little cold eating outside but we had wonderful service and wonderful food

Pretty huge Bar, designed and captioned well.
Food takes a while but tastes good.
On the contradicting side, being a tavern it servers good brunches on the weekend.
