Fantastic food in a very casual environment. I have eaten there on several occasions and have always been very pleased. Everything is made fresh, portions are more than generous, and a surprising array of offerings. And the desserts!!! Again, all homemade, and absolutely delicious. (I HIGHLY suggest the chocolate pie). You can then burn off your dessert while shopping their eclectic collection of antiques, art, jewellery, furniture; a little bit of everything. Always a first stop when friends or family come to Loudon. But that pie..............(sigh)

Delicious soups, salads and sandwiches in the heart of quaint downtown Loudon. Great service and always a friendly face. You can’t beat Annabells for a fantastic lunch and do a little shopping while you wait.

Ambience, good old southern hospitality, picturesque setting, a very cool emporium AND great food! Why would you NOT come here instead of another chain restaurant on the highway!

WONDERFUL food! Loved the idea of the combination antique store and cafe. Dad and I wandered around while we were waiting on our lunch. The staff made our visit truly enjoyable. Even the cook came out to chat! Dad came from Atlanta and I came from Melbourne, FL for a visit to relatives a couple of weeks ago and found this jewel. Will definitely stop by again.

My bride and I had lunch today at The Cafe by LeeEllen and it was marvelous. This was our first visit and could not have a better experience. My wife had the Nantucket Wrap with macaroni salad, and I had the Egg Salad Croissant Sandwich, fruit salad and a cup of the Sausage & Tortellini Soup. Both came with a side of chips. Even though everything was tasty, the Sausage &Tortellini Soup was the best I have ever had. I would go back every day just for the soup. The seasoning was perfect and like LeeEllen said, when you partake of the soup you can close your eyes and visualize being somewhere on the Mediterranean. How true! Like all full service restaurants, even the large ones, there is a need for additional staff. However, do not let a little wait keep you from enjoying such a welcoming experience. The ambiance and quaint environment only add to a genuine, warm experience.

Got a couple of sandwiches and sides. Service was quick, even during lunch hour,. The meals were tasty and not too expensive. I'll head back for future lunch runs or light dinner.

New to the area and went for a late lunch. Ordered the pick 2 (half wrap and soup). When I first got it, I thought "thats not a lot for how much I'm paying" but then I bit in and I understood. The food is absolutely amazing. The Nantucket wrap was honestly one of the best wraps I've ever had. I kept thinking I need to dip this in my soup but it was so good I couldn't stop long enough to do that. The tomato bisque was homemade and so tasty that I ordered french onion to go just because I knew it would also be phenomenal. Couldn't even wait, tried it right there. Oh wow! The staff was so friendly, the atmosphere was light, the restaurant was clean, and the food was delicious. 5/5 for me. I will be making this a normal spot for me!

My husband and I just ate at this immaculate quaint restaurant. He had the beef stroganoff and I had the Mediterranean wrap with tomato bisque, everything was fresh and delicious. We then had to top it off with an amazing homemade German chocolate cake, the best we have ever had. Give it a try, you will be pleasantly surprised. Thank you LeeEllen for the wonderful neighborhood restaurant which was desperately needed!!

Lunch was very good. I had the catfish plate and it was wonderful. Fish was cooked just right, nice and flaky. The breading was also light and airy. I had coleslaw and potato salad for my sides. Both were excellent. Looking forward to eating here again when I am down in Loudon.

Nice and roomy, big selection on menu plus lots of specials. The Nantucket wrap (chicken salad) was really good. Friendly and fast service. The cakes looked really yummy, wishing now that had we got one to go!

Fabulous desserts and great food. The plating presentation was beautiful and the service attentive. The curry chicken salad was very lightly seasoned with curry and the greek salad was colorful and crisp and fresh. A great place to eat! We will be back again.

Had a really nice lunch and had plenty of food. It's too bad the waitress had to excuse the 40 minute wait for the food, though. It seems to me that if the kitchen id too small for the size crowd they get at times, they could make it a little bigger. The food quality is worth the wait.
