Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Los Angeles - Photo album

Went through the drive-through yesterday. Nobody else in line. There's a guy that works in there that was really funny and sounded like he was from Louisiana. It was a really nice experience and they gave my son a lot more than three chicken tenders. Great experience. We will be coming back soon.
Discovering mistakes, once home. Over-fried, dry, and sorry-looking chicken pieces. Missing sides and no sauce for shrimp. Charged extra for a drink, didn't honor the menu pricing. The salesperson had a bad disposition and was visibly disgruntled. Sorry Popeye, just wasn't a good day for y'all. Migh
HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!! If I could give them lower than a 1 I would. The employees are just horrible and rude, when I asked about my order the girl actually yelled at me... management did notbing.nothing.. they need a whole new crew there.. Don't know how food was because I walked out... DON'T GOTO
Got my order drove home...15 min away. Get home and realized they forgot part of my order. Had to come back for the order. The here you go sorry seemed very robotic. Funny part I was theb only one in the drive-thru so they can't say they were busy.
This Popeyes is in Sunland. The drive through was busy and a little slower than usual but the chicken tenders were flavorful and a good size and the employee gave me some extra sauce as requested
Food πŸ₯˜ was great πŸ‘ however the service was terrible 😞 😣 😒 the kids working there were probably very tired πŸ˜“ and eager to close, the order was missing sauce & napkins and they seemed to be very confused. However the food 🍱 was delicious. EPB
If they had a long day expect a tired person behind the mic and the window other than that, this spot has good service. The chicken is always good from here and so are the sides. Only complaint is that they never got enough cooked wether it’s a desert or a big batch of chicken or sandwiches. Either
We're still charmed by the chicken sandwich, and my husband loves the new fish sandwich, but they'd get five stars if they hadn't dumped the beignets, which were fantastic.
