Working at the Stalking Horse since it's opening has been great. To see it's progress to a place that family's can come enjoy a nice dinner or a large party come celibrate a special occasion in the open air patio is fun. I have to thank Chef John for all his hard work and for guiding me in being the best chef I can be in this new creative profession of mine. Come to the Easter dinner. I'll be there in the bsck making sure the good is delicious. Cheer!
