Cajun/Creole/ Soul Food. M'Dear's Bakery and Bistro has a good reputation about their food. I stopped by on a Sunny afternoon to taste what I've been missing. I ordered 3 dinners ( 2 for now and 1 for later) which were the Fried Pork Chops,Green Beans and Mac & Cheese, dinner 2 Smothered Chicken,Green Beans and Cornbread Stuffing and dinner 3 was the Salmon,Green Beans, Rice & Gravy and a Peach Cobbler. Let's eat shall we: The Pork Chops were Fried nicely with a big crunch and very juicy, The Smothered Chicken had just enough of their Gravy & Onions that melts evenly into your mouth
( not clumpy) and finally my 3rd dinner (the midnight snack) which was the Salmon turned out to be so lite and flaky. The side dishes for all dinners were winners. The dinners at M'Dear's ranges from $9.95-16.95, The Cobblers 3.95-4.95 depending on the flavors(Peach, Apple,Blackberry). The parking is limited (street parking only). The the service was Great. Overall I had a wonderful experience.

I carefully cut the eggs as not to break the yolk—I think to myself, I need toast. Fortunately, for the first time in life, I cut and fork the eggs into my mouth without causing a yellow mess and no bre
