If a better fish tacos exists, please leave a message here. Yum.
Very good fish tacos. Shrimp tacos are good as well. Also like the seafood cocktails. Doesn't quite compare to actual Ensenada tacos, but is pretty close.
AMAZING. Best fish and shrimp tacos! Was #1 in LA Magazine, 2004 for a reason (also highly rated among other review sites). Everyone I've brought or told about this place gets hooked. On Wednesday $1 fish taco day, there's definitely a line during lunch, so don't go during regular lunch hours. Same goes during Lent season on Fridays, LONG lines. Is it worth the wait? YES!
Tacos are big and Wednesdays only $1.Light batter and fish is not dry! Worth the line, cuz you will stand in line. A true ELA experience. Parking sucks.

Three tacos for under $6! I decided to eat the tacos soon after I got home, because I didn't want my judgment tarnished by soggy breading. Luckily, the fried fish and shrimp stayed fairly crispy. Both the fish and th
What I enjoyed most of all were the chiles gueros from the condiment bar: roasted yellow chiles garnished with lime and chile salt. The chiles were mild and the lime juice and chile salt brought out the flavor of the chiles already deepened by the roasting process.
Ok, so a lot of place make fish tacos...some chains and even a place on Hillhurst called something like "World's Best Tacos" but the best fish taco place is in East L.A called Tacos Baja. The crazy thing is that their shrimp tacos are even better than the
In a city where taquerias can be found on nearly every corner, it is oftentimes impossible to distinguish one shack from the next. While the inverse relationship between cleanliness and deliciousness is usually a reliable guide, it is unfortunately not al
