This is my first time going to this Starbucks. And I would never typically leave a review for a chain, but I have never experience better customer service in my life . I can’t even believe it to be honest. The barista who took my order, I believe his name was Dom, what is the most friendly and most helpful person I’ve ever dealt with in costumer service . I was having a bad day and he totally made it 10000 times better. He started light conversation while continuing to be efficient. Asked about me and how my day was going, noticed I was in uniform and asked if I was on my lunch break, etc. He was just exuding a bubbly and friendly personality. I seriously would want to be best friends with every single one of the employees at this location. I have never been a loyal costumer to Starbucks , but I will literally be returning just to get a smile from the wonderful team at this store. So Dom if you see this, just know that it is people like you who make such an impact on the world. I truly was feeling so defeated and was having the worst day and your kindness brightened it for me. So Thankyou. I would have never expected to gain so much from just a coffee run.
