It was good . Nice quaint atmosphere. Good music It’s one of those places that charge for made up fees ; “water donation” and health insurance. So plan on an automatic 5% surcharge . My preference is to just know up front what I’m paying. It’s like a phone bill with a bunch of hidden fees. Service was very nice . Pizza good, not great . I would not go out of my way to go there again but I would be happy if someone invited me. B+

A neighborhood staple. Great Neapolitan style pizza, meatballs, and more. They use fresh ingredients and there’s attention to detail in all their offerings. Definitely get their tiramisu as well.

Absolutely wonderful, this is by far our favorite restaurant in Echo Park, a delight in every sense. In a way it’s some kind of elevated, platonic ideal of a New Jersey pizza place with meatballs, chicken wings and simple pizzas on the menu… but that does nothing to describe how sublimely delicious and well prepared every dish is… throw in some lovely, low key service and a gentle atmosphere and it’s hard not to come here multiple times a month… good for a full bottle of wine in a Friday night or a quick pizza in a weekday, just love it. Dishes we have had and enjoyed thus far: vegetarian pizza, mushroom pizza, meatballs, broccolini, eggplant parm, chopped salad, green salad, tiramisu, cannoli, tens across the board!

Loved this place! Cute little corner pizza place (they have a patio a little distance away) with great food! Tried the neopolitan style pizza and chicken wings and both were 5/5. The tres leches tiramisu was to die for! Highly recommend it :)

I had this place starred in my map for a while and was excited to try it, especially because it's still on Eater LAs top 19 pizza places in the city. Staff was very nice and friendly, our table was ready, and the ambiance was nice but the 3 stars is because the food just wasn't that good. The pizzas were cooked beautifully, but the crust was flavorless. When you have great leoparding on the crust, and the inside of the crust is nice and soft, you end up tasting the dough a lot more, and without a preferment or a sourdough component, it just tasted like flour...no extra flavor that makes good pizzas stand out from regular pizza. Sausage pizza toppings were good, but when you add prosciutto for $5 I expect more than 3 slices. Also, the sparking water was flat af, and my sister in law hated her cheese Sicilian, but I didn't taste hers.

Stepmother sandwich was great! The different meats tastes like they were high quality Italian cured n flavored goods... the meatballs were as great as people say, w some burrata and warmed bread w olive oil. The meatballs had some special flavor and I couldn’t put name it... it wasn’t fennel seeds. I usually put a ton of fennel seeds in the red sauce my mother makes from scratch.
The Caesar salad was also excellent. I’m a huge fan of cheese, lemon, and anchovies in my salad and other stuff!
Server was really helpful. They weren’t too busy in a Sat before they closed for their afternoon break. Maybe it was around 2:30pm? Might try chicken parm sandwich next time. My friend said the pizza is tasty too.
