Amazing experience! Owner was so welcoming and nice! After walking around some other restaurants all afternoon and being treated not so great- he was so welcoming! Plenty of outdoor seating and we did the Ethiopian coffee ceremony as well. It was delicious! Will definitely be back!

Awash is AMAZING! Today was my first time visiting there. I was recommended to go to Awash when I asked someone about an Ethiopian restaurant whose food will taste like it was made in Ethiopia. Upon my arrival my daughter and I were greeted by a man named David. His hospitality was wonderful! He was very friendly, welcoming, and open to answering some of the cultural questions my daughter asked. Awash doesn't feel like a restaurant, it feels like everyone is family and sitting in the living room eating together. The food is very flavorful with authentic Ethiopian taste! I love Awash and I will definitely return to dine in and tell my friends!

Awash is our go to place for authentic Ethiopian food. Always satisfied after a meal there from a gastronomic point of view as well as cost. Highly recommended especially for vegetarians!

As a one tried different Ethiopian food in SoCal, I would say Awash is number one Delicious Ethiopian cuisine you’ll find in the area, Very humble and friendly customer service. I would recommend everyone to try their veggie combo with awaze tibs 😋

My first Ethiopian experience. I found it amazing. The food was flavorful and cooked perfectly. It was unique experience. We shared the combo plate and had plenty left over. I highly recommend!

Delicious Ethiopian food and great service. Amaze Chicken Tibbs, Injera and spiced tea recommended. 45 mins wait for the food was the only bad part of the visit.
