I had the Klat Benedict, 2 macaroons, and a caramel macchiato. It was well prepared and pretty tasty. The service began with a lack (the cashier/waiter walked away from me with no recognition when it was my turn to order) but wait staff became a little more interactive a tad later. The eggs Benedict was great. The muffin was perfectly crisp. The salad could have been fresher. For $12 I expect fresh unwilted salad. The macaroons were good but oddly enough had a slight flavor of freezer burn. The macchiato was the yummiest and the foam art was adorable.

100% recommend the kimchi rice, mango spritzer, and bulbogi. The bulgogi is slightly on the sweeter side and the kimchi rice was definitely more tame than other kimchi rice I've tried. We loved both, and so do our friends. It's also a great place to sit down and study for a bit. The balcony seating is great and it's just an overall amazing place.

Really trendy coffee and food spot. Went for breakfast with husband and toddler (kid friendly). Good coffee selection and great food. Had the California omlet, waffle plate, flat white coffee and nitro coffee.

Klat is always doing their best to offer quality items and service. I have usually been pleased with my choices. A few things at my recent visit have caused me to only choose 3 stars.
1. $5.00 for an Iced Tea is very high. Especially with no refills. Any restaurant you go to offers refills and at maximum $3.00. Even at Starbucks or Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf the Iced Tea is only $2.95 and that is for a 32 oz. cup size. Unfortunately Klat sizes are 12 or 16 oz. And they offer refills
2. The burger my friend got was over seasoned. Not sure if they make their patties or get them prepared but the burger taste was not good at all. When you bite into a burger, a person wants to taste the meat and not a bunch of spices. Also they put way to much thousand island dressing on the buns. Had to scrap off a huge excess.
3. The prices. Not sure if they are trying to be a coffee shop or a small cafe but the prices are very high for the size and quality of the items you buy. It would be smart to lower prices and offer larger sizes for drinks. It would give surrounding places good competition.
Why I keep going back is the location and the people. Its a nice mall with good stores and the staff is kind. But honestly if a better coffee shop came in with good prices, I would switch. Sorry Klat 😞

I had the waffles with berries listed on the dessert section of the menu with a side of bacon. It was pretty good! I couldn't finish the 3rd waffle. The berries were fresh and sweet too

Klat stays one of my favorite cafes in the area to visit. The food is great, and always comes in perfect serving sizes. Plenty of seating inside and outside. They validate parking up to 3 hours.

I recommend you to try kimchi friend rice and omelet. They are soooo great! It is a good place to meet people for brunch.
