We ordered so much food. And every single bite was amazing! Can't wait to go back when we're back in the area! So delicious. Had the Hawaiian and a mule. Truffle fries were to die for!:
Waiting for my vespa to be serviced, came over here to islands. Food was good but the customer service was A1 I sat in the bar area, because it was just me and the lady was friendly and attentive. It made my experience worth it.
Great experience here. Good food, drinks, and service. They have plenty of parking and don't get as busy as quickly as some of the other islands.
I prefer the beer to the mixed drinks, they're a bit sweet for my taste, but most everyone else will like them 😆

Service is great,but from my perspective the manager needs to back off a bit. He kept interrupting the two guys working the front door. While they weren't being watched they hustled from opening the door for people to cleaning windows and tables. All the manager kept doing was getting in the way. A great spot to eat at. Feels good to be at a place where coworkers get along and know what teamwork is.
Island never disappoints for a Chain burger place. I came for lunch with my Dad and sister on monday and our Server Mattew gave us the absolute best services iv had in such a long time. I highly recommend sitting in his section
Great happy hour drink specials and food. The atmosphere was nice with games on all around.
Our server was Tieler and he was excellent. The food was great and he made our visit so relaxing and pleasurable. I had the Moa Crisp fried chicken sandwich and my friend, the birthday girl, had the blue cheese burger. Truffle fries topped it off and we had a very wonderful stay talking and eating. Oh and we had drinks and he added a complimentary warm brownie and vanilla ice cream for dessert. Fantastic.
Their Chicken Club Wrap is amazing, that's my go to dish when coming here. The best thing about this Island's in this location is that there a private parking lot in the back. It does fill up quick so the earlier you go the better. When we walked in, we were greeted but it took like 10 minutes to get seated. When we got seated, there no menu so you have to scan the QR code. My fiancée got their Shorebird sandwich with cheddar fries. Just as a note fries are an additional cost ... I didn't know that. During our dine in there, we had like 3 different waitresses. It became an issue when I wanted the check and box because they kept saying they'll get out waitress for me but it took like 4 tries talking to different people. Not sure if it was due to short staff or something else but that was the only issues I experience here.

Islands Restaurant in Sherman Oaks on Ventura Boulevard is a tasty place for a quick bite with a beer. The menu includes "islander" favorites like the Shorebird (a chicken breast sandwich with tomato, lettuce and pickles). Hamburgers have surf names like Longboarder which has 1000 Island Dressing or Pipeline which has chili and cheddar cheese. Their Tortilla Soup is the bomb. My absolute favorite here of all Tortilla Soups.
Islands no longer offers a side with their meals so if you want fries, they are extra and a bigger portion, obviously.
Parking on the street is limited but there is parking in the back in an attached parking garage. I have not had a hard time finding a parking spot yet, I hope I am not jinxed now for saying so.
Service here has always been friendly and quick. Tonight our table was checked on atleast five times. Our waiter offered menu selection ideas and dessert, Chocolate Lava or a Kona Pie. Sounds delicious!
There are many t.v's for viewing sporting events or the Olympics in our case. Nice, big screens. The bar is inviting also with seating and t.v. screens. There is an outdoor dining patio in a loggia type setting visible to foot traffic. The breeze is nice.
Four stars, because quite frankly the food is "bar type" food. Nothing really craveable but tasty enough to want to visit the "Island" again.
We all had a great time at Islands Restaurant. I really enjoyed my Mexican chicken soup. There was so much to eat that we could not finish it all and had to take the rest of the food home. Excellent.
The best. There is a celebrity here eating and a Ferrari parked out front. The food is beautiful and the service is wonderful. Very clean. Ask for server Alex. She is great! Manager Jeff stopped by our table and made us laugh. You can't get much better than that. By the way, it's a burger place, but the salads are awesome too. And they have other things on the menu I will have to try. Definitely going back!
Service was slow but that was because it was raining and a football game going on. The food was amazing like always!!! The drinks were bomb and very tasty. I love islands I don’t know what else to say about this place.
One of our favorite places for family gatherings - everyone know what everyone else likes to order! We got two orders of Cheese Fry’s, and the Spinach & Artichoke Dip - we know those will be eaten no matter what else we order! We are outside right next to a parking structure, so I can’t give this visit 5 stars for Atmosphere, but when we eat inside it’s nicely decorated and they have multiple screens showing spectacular surfing scenes!
Checked this place out for dinner with a friend and was not disappointed. I had the Kilauea burger medium rare. It was terrific. The fries were hot and crispy. Try to avoid substitutions because they're a bit expensive. Also try to avoid super busy hours. The staff can become overwhelmed during the rush.
Love how they are friendly to celiac. I make Uber eats orders call in about my allergy and they have a separate fryer for their fries
