Absolutely delicious! We were fortunate enough to live in the building where this restaurant is located and was invited to their grand opening. What a find! They have a full bar and food that is seasoned perfectly; from mild to spicy. We tried pork, chicken, beef, duck and fish delicacies and all
Plates were on the smaller end, but the venue is great for an outing with friends or a date. The dishes have a lot of variety and generally tasted less spicy than their authentic Indonesian counterpart
Great service, the waiter could not have been more nice and helpful. Great Indonesian food which is rare in LA. I loved everything we ordered. And I was pleasantly surprised at how reasonably priced the menu items were.
Delicious traditional Indonesian food in a modern, spacious location right on the corner of 2nd & Los Angeles streets in Little Tokyo. Their dishes and signature cocktails are presented beautifully and represent the flavors of southeast Asia perfectly.
Food here is delicious! Staff is very friendly. Great place for dinner!!! Definitely want to come back and try more dishes.
Enjoyed lunch here, with food that was somewhere between 'comfort food' and exotic. The lunch menu is a bit limited, so I'll have to go back for dinner, but all of the dishes in their Bento Box were terrific. Probably didn't need to order the squash porridge, given how much food came with our main
I ordered chicken skewers (sate ayam) for my lunch during the happy hours ($10). I like the Nasi Kuning, also the salad, for it's sate the chicken is good but the peanut sauce kinda salty. But, overall i like it.
I would recommend a try. Very interesting presentations. And the cocktails were great. I would go back.
For all you dog owners who need your coffee in the morning, but can never bring your dog into the coffee shop during your walk this is the place for you. Walk up window with quick service and a great selection.
This place was pretty good. We'll executed, clean, fairly authentic flavors. However the food seemed to lack soul. The chefs cooking knew what they were doing but the food lacked something. We ordered the sambal platter, Indonesian salad, skewers, beef curry, vegetable curry, pork belly, and while e
Tasty food, good prices! They have a very well priced bento box lunch deal. It comes with flavored rice (yum), Indonesian slaw (I normally don't like slaw but this is yum too), fruit, and a protein. Of the protein I've had the pork belly bites and chicken skewers. Both are fantastic but I think I'l
Amazing Indonesian food, awesome service!!
It was the first time when we tried Indonesian cuisine and omg it was amazing. The curry was full of flavors, every bite was making me hungry for more. Very yummy food and lovely ambience, would definitely visit again.
I am not well versed in Indonesian food as my prior experiences have been limited to perennial favorite simpang Asia, but the tastes here have not been watered down despite the hipster chic vibe and location. The sambal sampler is a great dish. The spices are allowed to take center stage and I am
Kasih is a trendy, neat Indonesian restaurant that takes up the first floor of the Ava apartment complex. It's a spacious space with a beautiful atmosphere of hanging lights, a nice bar area (happy hour from 530-7, even on weekends! And there's a reverse hh thats late night), and a outdoor seating a
Kasih captures Indonesian cuisine to another level. Every dish is unapologetically traditional. Please don’t expect Americanized taste. The food has a very balance taste and cooked to perfection. My husband and I tried their 6 course meal. The Amberjack Ceviche was so memorable. Their Chicken Satay
Delicious food and great drink choices. Happy hour only on drinks and oysters. Food is over priced and the fish in the curry ($28) had only couple of pieces fish. Not worth to order curry.
