Great little noodle shop. The gyoza reminded me of being in Narita. Soup was wonderful, a bit of a different recipe from what I'm used to, but very generous serving, excellent flavor. The only thing missing was a good Japanese beer to complete the meal. So glad I found this place.
Stopped here for a quick bite after riding around Venice and MDR on electric scooters. Small little place with super-dank noodles. We ordered the fried chicken appetizer, which was pretty large, probably half a chicken, breaded and deep fried. Pretty tasty. The star is the Ramen though of course. The noodles, broth, and crispy vegetables all compliment each other perfectly.
Delicious food: Japanese fried chicken was on point 👌🏼 my partner ordered chaku broth (plain) and he said it was amazing. I ordered the chicken dumpling soup, the flavor was perfect. Not too much of anything. The dumpling had a lot of flavor and a good texture.
The service was just what we needed: attentive enough that our water was never empty but leaving us to enjoy our food and talk.
Highly recommend if you’re in the area.
I had the vegan ramen and it was extremely delicious. My boyfriend had the spicy tonkotsu ramen and said it was the best ramen outside of Japan that he has ever eaten.
My tip for the vegan ramen: order additional tofu and seaweed as toppings. The waitress was super nice and immediately addressed my questions regarding vegan options.

I enjoyed my food. Tasty and flavorful. A little bit of a wait to get one of their very few tables, but they delivered the food quickly. I recommend the garlic edamame over the plain salt version. Do much better.
Stopped by for lunch during a bike ride along the beach in Venice. Ordered the vegetable ramen. Broth was really delicious (not too salty) and the portion was very filling. Very friendly staff. I’d never had the style of ramen noodle served here before. Very thin and cooked to just the right texture. Will definitely come back.
