Wood - Los Angeles - Photo album

Nicely crispy and tasty brick oven pizza. Large portion Caesar salad. Both the salad and pizza were enough for two. Beer was pricey and better going with wine.
wood is a very small intimate little spot in silver lake area. service was very good throughout the night, I was impressed by how helpful they were. first impression was right when walking in you're greeted! felt very welcoming. seating inside is limited (we made a reservation) but it does appear to
This is a nice spot with really good food. They often have a wait if you go at typical meal times but they do take reservations. The pizzas are exceptional. The Khachapuri is not offered a lot of places but when it is would be hard to beat this one. If you like bread, cheese, and a runny yolk this p
By far one of the best carbonara pastas ! The handmade noodles make such a big difference. And the pancetta with the egg yolk had such bold flavors and was so creamy.
I was a little surprised by the prices of the pasta (a little on the higher side), but I guess with inflation everything is a lot more expensive. Pizza was good. Portion for the pasta was a bit small. But the favorite was the banana cream pie. Don’t sit near the restrooms! The smell is pretty strong
A good pizza and pasta joint in Silverlake. Inside has some tables. The patio is nice too. Got the sausage pizza and carbonara and they were good. Decent service. There's street parking or a small lot in the back.
Very nice location with Parking available behind the restaurant. This is great. Parking can be difficult in that area. Nice decor, good music playing. The food was very good. I tried the caprese salad, mushroom and sausage pizzas. Fresh, crunchy dough. Very good. Condiments provided as needed.
Best Italian in Silver Lake. Favorites: Bianca pizza, limone pasta, spaghetti squash, caprese salad, market green salad and arancini balls.
I was invited here by a friend. I was feeling indifferent this night, so I said ok. I tried the meatball small plate and full chopped salad. Overall, everything was good. Somewhat of an over priced menu, like the naked truffle fries for $14. But, what isn’t overpriced in LA these days? Anyways, the
This is an amazing Italian restaurant in between Silverlake and Sunset Street. I eat a lot pizza and this is one of very best ! Their pizza dough is too notch since import from Italian and they cook the pizza using real wood smoked! Their pasta is also amazing as well and best party is the freeeee
Let me start with Khachapuri, Which is the reason we came here. It was pretty amazing, eggs, cheese, dough all were spot on and it wasn’t too far from the original which you can enjoy in country of Georgia and it’s called Adjaruli Khachapuri. Place was decent also with super friendly server. Overall
Great place to visit for Italian food. Started off with the Tomato & Basil Bruschetta as an appetizer, perfect size, and I didn't fill me up as other appetizers usually do to some of us. Then proceeded with the Classic Margherita Pizza. This was a great tasting pizza. It was light, with a thin crus
I looked on Yelp a pasta restaurant in downtown L.A area and I found this place, I was captured by the pictures on the page and decided to come and try it out. I ordered the burrata & crostini and the carbonara pasta (substituted bucatini for pappardelle) and it’s the best carbonara I’ve ever had!.
Wood pizza of silverlake displays some of the best pizzas around as they use a fire pit to bake their breads. It's crunchy and chewy and has good texture which is what bread should be. You have to try their Khachapuri (goldola pizza) made with two eggs that just melts and oozes from the bread as you
One of the best pizzas I’ve ever had! I had the chicken pizza and my friend had the hot sopressata, well I cannot tell you enough about these main courses, it’s thin crust which i loved, a lot of toppings and they don’t suffocate you with cheese and flour which is refreshing. For starter we had the
Pizza at Wood is amazing. They import their flour from Italy and you can definitely taste the difference. The sausage pizza with pepperoncinis is def my recommendation. Only reason I’m not leaving 5 stars is the caesar salad had literally no flavor and the waiter was rude and kind of weird when we s
Amazing food and service! Was very impressed with this restaurant. The 4 cheese and truffle pizza was delicious! Had to order another pizza to go. And the RIB-EYE!! It was cooked perfectly where it was medium rare throughout the steak not just the center. It was seasoned perfectly where it did not n
