Asian fusion. The Pearl Dragon is my eldest daughter's favorite restaurant because of the excellent salmon, dumplings, and appetizers. The restaurant is mostly for adults since it has a full bar with knowledgeable bartenders. For families, though, the place works on having good standard Asian fair that children enjoy eating. Good mixture. The environment, however, can be a bit noisy and the service is not always as fast as we would like it to be. Yet, we keep going back.
This a great place to come with a date or friends to have good drinks and good sushi.

Good sushi. The chefs at the bar can make almost any roll you can think of. They can even make rolls if you tell them what ingredients you like. Service is good. If you want to eat at a table, make a reservation.
Place is quite and nice not high end but clean and well managed. The food is very tasty and the service is good. I will go back nice place to get a bite

Pearl Dragon has been a local favorite for over 11 years. They serve fresh meat and shrimp, complementary hot tea, and the soups are the best I've ever had at a Chinese restaurant. The employees are super friendly and the service never disappoints. Great place!
Ate here last night, no wait and great service. Our table ordered the udon noodle bowls with some miso soup and spicy tuna on crunchy rice. All were really great and the miso was larger than typical miso sizes. The miso was good but nothing atypical or exceptional. The noodles were great and I would recommend stir fried over soup which are the two options for preparation. My favorite has to be the spicy tuna, I highly recommend. I only give a 4 star review because they were out of some items that we wanted to order. All in all a great meal.
