THIS PLACE AMAZIG! I could not have been happier with my meal. The staff, the service the environment, the restaurant, everything about this place was wonderful. The head chef was absolutely precious, he made sure my meal was perfect and the food was phenomenal. I loved the spinach ricotta ravioli, and the chicken was to die for!!!!!!

The Old school meets the new school - The ghost of Frank Sinatra lurks in the background of this modern speak-easy meets fine dining. The staff is attentive, the vibe is low-key but classy and the dishes are classic. Grab a martini, an uber and have a great time at the ultimate Guido Italian restaurant.

Mrs Festa. I have had ceasar salads before, but never so good, and fresh. They bring everything to your table, and make it right in front of you. Their salad is the very best one I have ever had in California.
The rest of their food is good, but what a great start!!!
UM!!! You will love GUIDO'S, trust me.

Guido’s hosted our Softball banquet. I recently had the pleasure of dining at Guido’s Restaurant, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. This hidden gem has quickly become my go-to spot for a memorable dining experience. From the moment I stepped through the door, I was captivated by the restaurant's inviting atmosphere, friendly staff, and, most importantly, the incredible food. One of the standout features of Guido’s Restaurant, is its outdoor dining area. It's the perfect setting for a special occasion or an intimate dinner for two. The staff attentively catered to our every need, ensuring we felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout the evening. Speaking of the staff, they were truly the heart and soul of this establishment. From the moment we were greeted, their warm smiles and genuine enthusiasm made us feel like valued guests. They were incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, offering helpful recommendations and willingly answering any questions we had. Their attentiveness was impeccable, yet never intrusive, striking the perfect balance between attentiveness and giving us space to enjoy our evening. Now, let's talk about the food. Oh, the food! Each dish that graced our table was a work of culinary art. The chef's attention to detail and creativity was evident in every bite. The menu showcased a harmonious blend of flavors, and each dish was beautifully presented. From the appetizers to the main course and dessert, we were blown away by the taste and quality of every dish. The ingredients were fresh, and the flavors were perfectly balanced, leaving our taste buds dancing with delight. Overall, my experience at Guido’s Restaurant, was nothing short of exceptional. The combination of superb service, delectable food, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere creates a dining experience that is truly second to none. Whether you're looking for a romantic evening or simply a memorable culinary adventure, Guido’s is the place to go. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking an unforgettable dining experience

I brought my twin 18-year-old daughters here for dinner on our trip to LA and the owner was so hospitable to us. He sat us at a booth facing a fireplace. The food was delicious and the staff was top notch. The owner showed us where movies had been filmed there and gave a wonderful talk to my daughters. Highly recommend!

This is the perfect place to take parents out to dinner. Classic old school Italian restaurant. Cozy red leather booths. Beautiful outdoor space that doesn't feel outdoors. Not too loud. Full bar. The waiters are like family to us. If we don't take my mom every week she gets depressed. No other restaurant matches all of her requests, but this one.

I live in Michigan and came to California for a trip. I ate here and ordered the chicken Alfredo. This was hands down, the BEST Alfredo I’ve ever had!! I wish I lived closer because I have been craving this dish. I look forward to eating here when I come back out to California!

Such a great experience! Our waiter Eric was a total joy. The environment is so warm and inviting & the food was super comforting and met every standard you’d expect from an old school Americanized Italian place. Came here on a whim but will 100% be back.

This restaurant is the best in town! Came here for my first time and it won’t be my last. The food was delicious (I got the lasagna bolognese) and the service was excellent. Everyone was so nice and welcoming and they gave us a great seat. The vibe of the restaurant is great too, it’s a beautiful interior that’s super cozy and great for a local bite. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone! Bruno is the best too.

There aren't many Italian restaurants that still hand make their pasta and this OG spot is one of em!! I had the fettuccine alfredo and wow was it melting in my mouth. The mozzarella was ridiculous fresh, we had the fried mozzarella and the Caprese and both were ahhhmazing. We dined indoors, the woodwork decor everywhere is beautiful, right down to the intricate wooden hearth around the huge fireplace. The outdoor patio is over the top beautiful and we can't wait to come back for more great eats!! Lovely old school delicious Italian restaurants are hard to come by. It was super fun to see all the famous people that have visited throughout time along the hallway walls too!

We tried this place tonight, and was blown away by the amazing food and service. The warm bread served with balsamic vinegar, and oil was a great starter. I had the Lasagna, it was a large portion with a great meat sauce. We also had the chicken fettuccine alfredo, the fresh made noodles practically melted in your mouth. My drink was never empty the whole time, and I never had to ask for a refill. That's another thing that I loved about this place, not to mention the great atmosphere. This will be a restaurant I will definitely come back to.

Best atmosphere I've experienced in a long time. Bring your clients and dates here to make an impression and just get the filet mignon or the house special.

Guido's is hiding on Santa Monica Blvd. near Bundy. I hope they're hiding to avoid some hip investor from coming in and turning the place into a hot new destination like Dear John's in Culver City because Guido's is authentic. You're stepping back in time with great ambiance, professional and well-dressed staff, and very good Italian food. The missing star is because the food is very good. It does not make the jump to exquisite or unique. It's great, don't get me wrong. I have eaten here three times so far and I just was there with a party of six and everyone enjoyed the meal and the service immensely. I think for all you'll experience, the price is reasonable too.
