“Wet BBQ” is very interesting taste and texture. The food no meat falling off the bone experience. In my opinion it seems like the meat was boiled to cook and then put on a grill with a lot of sauce. The food was hot, but just seems to miss a lot of the characters of smoked meat or grilled meat.
It was nice to dine at a really good BBQ restaurant that wasn’t part of a chain.

This might be the best BBQ I've ever had. We only ate meat so can't comment on sides, but the brisket, spare ribs, chicken and hot links were magnificent. Accidentally stumbled upon this place. They have been here 53 years!! What??? Stepping out of the car we were greeted with the most amazing BBQ smells. Indoor and outdoor eating. The outdoor area has a small wall and green turf. You forget that you're on a busy street. Betsy was our server.
