Robert's Russian Cuisine - Los Angeles - Photo album

This restaurant is very clean and easy to access from Hollywood. It looked authentic due to the number of Russians coming to eat in this place. Food tasted fresh. The two sides down were the lack of options for vegan/vegetarian as entrees and the rice was too salty. The waitress and the boss were ve
We stopped in this restaurant for dinner without any recommendations, just because we were close. No regrets. The owner was so nice and friendly and the food was great! Highly recommend
Superior cuisine! The food was phenomenal and inexpensive for its quality. The atmosphere and service were good. The borscht was delicious and reminded me of my grandmothers borscht recipe she brought from Poland. Their chicken is excellent and their kabob outdoes even the beat Persian/Mediterranean
Robert himself seated us and took great care of our meal. The restaurant space may be smaller than expected, but it’s decorated beautifully with linen tablecloths and chair covers. Every dish was delicious, with hearty servings for leftovers to take home. Service was wonderful, and we cannot wait
Very nice place for Russian food. Tucked away in the corner of the strip mall, this place has been here a long time serving great food and service. Their soup is delicious. I had the mushroom soup and my friend had the borscht. I had the beef kabob. I was cooked perfectly medium and was delicious. L
Wonderful solid home cooked food. Generous, reasonable portions that tasted great and were extremely filling. The pelmeni were cooked perfectly al dente with delicious filling The kebabs had a wonderful grilled flavor the lamb and the chicken and particular were divine! If you're looking for a ho
I love to stumble upon new restaurants. And this is one of the reasons. I had no ideal what I was getting into. But the restaurant was full which is always a good sign. And when everyone is speaking a foreign language that is an added bonus. I only had time for a salad and beer but the menu looks ve
This restaurant was amazing! It’s been here for 35 years and all of the dishes are delicious (so well priced too). The people running the place are great. We’ll definitely be back!
Very good food. He travels all over the world and sometimes it's hard to find such quality food. Even Polish food in many places in the USA is not so good. Congrats to the owner.
A-m-a-z-i-n-g! The restaurant serves variety of dishes from the Russian and Armenian cuisine. We ate the pilmeni, chicken shish kebab and chicken lula kebab with borsht soup. Everything was delicious, great value for the price! I loved how Robert himself was there serving us, and wasn't trying to se
Firstly, Robert is a great and friendly host! Delicious and authentic food is served, not only russian cuisine, but you‘ll find various specialities from the other parts of the old USSR!
Love the lamp shank, eggplant starter, music and the staff. Really nice food at affordable price. Great selection of drink at amazing price...
One of the best hole-in-the-walls in Hollywood. Outdoor seating available. Delicious, savory food like cheese vareniki and borsch and lamb shish kabobs + many vegetarian options too. Warm & friendly service from the owner and always several groups of animated, jovial Russians congregated
Sophisticated yet warm and welcoming to families and couples alike. Accidentally spotted it on the map while visiting town and decided to give it a shot, it was perfect! Food was delicious and atmosphere was great. Very close to main Blvd but just far enough out of the way that it wasn't crazy.
Place hasn't changed in decades. Except for the decor somewhat. Reasonably priced, not bad Russian food.
Well if you came all the way to my review I’m sure you must know by now that this location is one of the best if not the best in Hollywood everything is traditional everything is delicious and the staff in-service in peccable there are no words that can tell you how great of a place it is until you
Wonderfull original atmosphere and great Russian chanson music, never been to a place in Russia itself where they played Arkadiy Kobyakov, here they do!!
I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of vegetarian options available in Russian cuisine. The mushroom stroganoff and potato vareniki dumplings were both hearty and delicious, and I appreciated the use of fresh herbs and spices to enhance the flavors.
