Kobawoo Restaurant - Los Angeles - Photo album

The food was good! I didn’t find their seasoning too spicy nor too salty like at most Korean restaurants. The price was reasonable, too. We got their bossam (steamed pork) with soybean paste stew. While the pork wasn’t oily and was tasty, it lacked something. But, I honestly couldn’t put my finger o
Sunday night dinner was delicious at Kobawoo. We went for their Bossam and it was perfect. Tender, juicy and very flavourful. The soy bean soup was also really good. Service was fast and attentive as well.
Authentic Korean spot with bossam (pork belly). Came here with a couple of other friends and it was about a half hour wait on a Sunday around 6pm before we got seated. Had the medium bossam in addition to kimchi soup. The banchan provided included a beef jerky (a first for me), kimchi, potato salad
We went during week day lunch for the lunch special and it was definitely delicious. The food was a tiny bit pricey ($20-30 for lunch) but the environment was nice and we had spacious tables where we could layout all the food and kimchi appetizers. There was no reservation but we had to write down

everything was SO good I don’t know why it took so long for me to finally go! They are known for having a lunch special for their bossam but we went for dinner. Between the two of us, we got a medium Bossam and couldn’t even finish it! It came with napa cabbage of course, pickled radish, shrimp, ra
The lunch special is soooo good! Great deals and they don't skimp on the portions or quality. The owners pride themselves in serving homestyle Korean food and it definitely shows! There's no frills and everything is delicious. I would definitely come back for a hearty lunch. I got the Bossam & Doen
We stop by this restaurant whenever we have a chance on the way back to SD from our trip. My husband like the sliced BoSsam and I love the spicy cold noodle dish. We've been visiting for 5 years now and will be comimg back after our next trips.
It was my first experience in a Korean restaurant. It is hard to remember the name of soups but the red soup was really hot and tasty. The sides were matched with the soups. The brown rice on the side was really a good choice. The other soup containing tufo and vegetable was also delicious and full
Amazing food, we had acorn noodles and seafoods pancake special. Little expensive ~$25 but quality and quantity justified. So I’m happy 😋. Valet parking $3 cause its LA 😒. Good sitting, service and decent ambiance. Will go again.
