These are some of the fluffiest donuts I have ever tasted! I'm from Texas, and clearly, these are some of the biggest donuts I have ever consumed. The glazed donut alone is not too sweet and is not too overwhelming. Better believe I am looking for amazing hidden breakfast nooks.

The coffee is superb! Intelligentsia served with latte art & the pastries are works of art. I had a breakfast sandwich & Americano, friends had mocha, strawberry matcha & donuts, all were top notch! 5 stars from all 3 of us!
The place is a fantastic spot at any point of the week. The drinks are fantastic. My personal recommendation is the horchata latee. The sandwhiches are a great way to spend a lunch. The donuts are also amazing for breakfast or if you’re looking for a sweet treat. Service is great and warm.

This is easily the best chicken sandwich of my entire life, and I've been back here on multiple occasions so I know it's consistent. The staff has been incredibly friendly every time I've been here also. If you're in LA, do NOT miss Birdies.
In DTLA, this is probably one of the best donut shops around with other menu items available outside of pastries.

The staff was great! They remembered Mr after one visit. I had their breakfast burrito. It was delicious, even though I didn't eat it until about 30 minutes after getting it. I waited to enjoy it at the airport as I waited to board my flight home. I wish I had found this place earlier in my visit
