Great food. I was surprised by how yummy their sandwiches are. The staff is friendly and the food is really good. Eager to go back

Great find!! Honestly the electric menu and ambience gave off fast food/cheesy casual energy but this place has craft food! Definitely a lot of care into the product and we loved both of our orders. Chips were fantastic. Would certainly stop in again for another bite!
PS I apologize for the picture! We couldn’t wait to dive into our food!

Great food! really slow service.
I love eating here and I always finding my self coming back. But they are really slow here.
I've waited 45 minutes just for an egg sandwich before. Everything is definitely made to order which is a good thing but when I see a line here i know it's gonna be a while.

4 people in our party each had a different sandwich and we loved all of them. The sauces, the bread, everything was delicious!

I’ve had many Sandwiches at The Carving Board, and I encourage you to do the same! The sandwiches here are gourmet and fancier then your typical sandwich/burger restaurant.
I got my all time favorite “The Bentley”, with well seared and juicy filet mignon, blue cheese and grilled onion. Everything melds together beautifully between the soft Ciabatta bun, and generous helping of the secret weapon, bacon mayo. This meal comes with a free side of potato chips or side salad, but I opted for one of their premium sides and got the kale pasta salad. It was worth the extra cost.
This place has plenty of seating. Every time I’ve been it’s usually pretty quite, which I think has more to do with the location and parking situation.
This place is up there as one of my favorite go-to places in the Valley. The prices are reasonable for the quality you receive.
Definitely give it a try!

I ordered a pickup for lunch over the phone. The experience was easy and friendly from the phone call (their online ordering seems to be down at the moment). All of the staff was very nice, and the person I believe to be the chef called me by my name when letting me know my order would be a bit longer.
We got the Health Nut sandwich and the Carving Salad. I think both were great, but I was pleasantly surprised by the Health Nut. Usually when I get a vegan sandwich, I feel that it's just an item on the menu to cater to that one weird vegan friend in the group. But the cashews, mushrooms, and pickled vegetable did a really good job of balancing the flavor. All in all, a better vegan sandwich than I can find most places. If I were to critique, I would suggest changing the grated carrots to something a little thinner like a ribbon to avoid very carrot-y bites. But I didn't feel that the carrots detracted from the overall enjoyment of the sandwich.
Fresh potato chips were included with my sandwich, but they don't get a picture because they made too good of a snack for the drive home!

Ordered the Bentley which is a filet mignon, bacon mayo, blue cheese, grilled onion and spinach on a ciabatta bread sandwich. Staff is really polite and attentive. Side orders are freshly made in the picture I got freshly made chips and they had for a squeezed lemonade.
