Girasol - Los Angeles - Photo album

Dear friends invited us for dinner - and we were looking for a quiet restaurant where we could sit and talk while enjoying the food. We try to check things out before we went - reviews (the usual mix of amazing and absolutely horrible) and their website. I must say, it always puts me off a bit when
Always an interesting experience. The food is great, the service is even better. Can't go wrong with anything on the menu.
Incredible dining experience with absolutely delicious cuisine!
Great food, service, and decor. Eclectic menu. We had the whole snapper and kale (deliciuos) and the duck kwith fennel and peaches). Both dishes were excellent and things we couldn't have easily prepared at home. Serviceable wine list, which is possibly the only area that could use some improvemen
Between the four of us we had four appetizers, two entrees, three sides, and two deserts. I would say pretty much everything was top notch - the meatballs could have used some work. The service was superb. Nice work Miles and company. Whoever they hired to design the logo should, however, should n
My daughter and I came in for a girls night out and we ordered the Chef's choice, which is a nine course meal. We were so pleased to see that EVERY dish was gorgeous to look at and also amazingly delicious!! Hamachi, crispy duck, a potato dish to die for and more!! Can't wait to come back with my h
Just came back after a while. Not because we don't like it, but because it's a bit of a haul from home. Absolutely love this place! The cocktails were on point. Staff was friendly. Ambience was nice. Can't recommend it highly enough.
Love this place. Not speaking Spanish can put us on the outside of a lot of community things in Canutillo. Cesar and his wife welcomed us in from our first visit. They are polite small business owners and just great people. Food is amazing. People even better.
EDIT - I had the brunch. It was just as good as dinner. Make sure someone at the table gets the crispy potatoes! The bloody mary's were also good with great garlic and strong flavor! I had to admit I've only ever been once about a month after it opened but I think about it all the time and want t
Excellent place for brunch or dinner with high-quality locally sourced food items. Their food is always fresh and very tasty served with friendly service. Our favorite is the lobster benedict and the potato crisps.
Food is wonderful. Service great! Wine list is over priced. Overall, we did have a very enjoyable evening.
CLOSED. This location reopening as Balcones de Peru on December 22, 2018. This location will be an offshoot of Balcones de Peru in Hollywood. This is a review of their awesome happy hour daily Tuesday thru Sunday 5 - 7 pm, as,I haven't eaten from the main menu yet. Happy hour here is great. Wines $6
Absolutely amazing. Every dish we had was perfect and exceeded our expectations. The prickly pear mojito was bright pink! Fun!
Truly delicious food- amazingly flavorful! Well priced for the quality. Excellent service as well. 10/10 would recommend!
Only been for Happy Hour so far. Great atmosphere, friendly staff. Best meatball I've ever had!
