Olio Wood Fired Pizzeria Gcm - Los Angeles - Photo album

Pizza was freshly baked in the woodfire oven. We ordered chicken pizza with a few custom toppings. It tasted nice and was perfect quantity for 2. Great to stop by and would recommend it.
I am a huge pizza fanatic and my girlfriend and I have a tradition of trying as many new pizza spots as possible. Given it was wood fired pizza, we went in with the expectation of a delicious pizza. We got Margherita to keep it as authentic as possible. It is juat as good as it looks and smells. Th
yummy wood fired pizza!!! one pizza is good enough to share with a partner :) slightly on the expensive side, but you can tell that the ingredients are top quality.
Great tasting pizza available in the heart of downtown’s grand central market. Lots of options or if you want, choose a base and add your toppings.
Good! Pizzas are individual size, so price is slightly high for the size. Yet good pizza. Pregnant women be aware that we were told that cheeses are not pasteurized (so, not safe for pregnancy), which is quite unusual in the US. So we had to ask for vegan cheese. We asked the waitress twice to make
Best pizza in town! They have many flavors, all made with fresh infredients, really crusty and delicious. Recommend it for a quick lunch if you're nearby. There are many tables where you can sit down and enjoy the meal. Just beware if you ask for the spicy, not anyone can handle it, it's really real
Over the weekend we had the great pleasure of having catered Olio Pizza for my son’s 4yr old party. It was nothing short of amazing! Michael and his assistant (Paulo) came 1hr before the party started, to prep and setup. As soon as guests arrived they started cranking out pizzas left and right. All
Yummy, yummy! Their pizza is oh so delicious! I gobbled it all up in a minute! The pizza is all greasy with the tasty pepperonis and the flavoring is perfect.
Sat at the little bar/seating area attached to Olio. To be honest my expectations were low because I didn't think to find good Neopolitan pizza inside the Grand Central Market.. but I was pleasantly surprised! The pizza tasted super fresh and light, and the beer selection was actually decent. Would
Wow you can taste that wood fire 🔥 flavor, specialty spicy sausage pizza and Margherita pizza and a Sully. Excellent flavor 6 small slices per but totally worth the 12 bucks.
I have to say I am impressed! 10 bucks for a personal pizza out of the oven. Pay a buck and a half for a topping. I get. The NYers might have some words on great pizza, then why you having it in CA? Awesome pizza and pretty darn close to the NY stuff.
I come here for the fire roasted vegetables! Their shishito peppers are delicious, as is their Brussel sprouts - which are served with sliced almonds for extra crunch and protein. $7 for a stomach full of yummy veggies, I love this place. Pizza’s are personal pizzas. Vegan and gluten free options a
Olio Pizza just seemed the most interesting food at Grand Central Market so I decided to give it a go. Glad I did actually, because it was an incredible pizza. There is only one size of pizza with several ingredient combinations. Went for the margherita, was super tasty!
What a delicious pizza! Good waiter. We didn’t know what to order so John suggested us the Hawaiian Pizza, and he was so right! It tasted amazing and we had a wonderful evening.
While at GCM, I stopped in and tried two pizzas. One was a margarita pizza and the other was a margarita, mushroom, and prosciutto pizza. When we got it, the toppings were plentiful and the pizza was I think a 10" pizza. The dough was super light, airy, had a sauce that had flavor to it and the pizz
Spicy sausage & pepper pizza was Phenomenal!! More-so on the spicy side but delicious! Would definitely recommend! Service was fast & attentive! A little pricey however, that’s why it’s 4/5 instead of 5/5! P.s. get the Spanish soda “Jarritos grapefruit!” Absolutely amazing!!!
Nice and clean place, their thin edge pizza is my favorite, but I had to admit that I love the amount of cheese they add!
