Tipsy Cow is definitely a popular spot on Ventura Blvd. Came here for happy hour with some girlfriends on a Friday night. They have a few cocktails for $10 on the happy hour menu as well as $9 meals. I went with the chicken sliders (mashed potatoes inside) and the buffalo tots.

Went there on a Saturday night to try it out. The place was busy, and we went inside to get in line to place our order. Ordered fried pickles, mini chicken burgers, Buffalo cauliflower, and a couple of tipsy mules. Staff seemed tired and cranky. The available tables weren't bused, but I get it.
I had an amazing visit to Tipsy Cow , such a great place right in Sherman Oaks off if the most lively part of Ventura Blvd. This is my new favorite place to go The Valley. Joseph recommended the Mac and Cheese and it was really good. It felt great to get such a warm welcome upon arrival as well

Food was excellent - get the Smash burger. Plenty of happy hour selections. I like that it's not too big. Lots of big screens. Overall, very nice first experience. I'll be back.
Great burgers and good selection of beers. The haystack fries are great. The only problem is finding parking. They have a small lot in the back and metered parking on the street.
