Visited this location earlier this week after finishing the day at Universal studios.
We were the only customers in the store. Had a small cup of chocolate and vanilla ice cream. The ice cream was delicious and of perfect consistency.
The store is at the perfect location in Universal city walk. The staff could have been more friendly though. The store ambience is also nice.
I felt the small cup was a bit pricey but then what is not pricey in today's market.
If it's icecream, it has to be Ben & Jerry's. Salted caramel blondie a must try.
Of the handful of ice cream shops that are in the area, this one never fails to keep me coming back. My most recent trip was with my close friend and her daughter. First off, the customer service was friendly and the store was clean. The staff had lots of smiles for us and my friend's little girl, which made the experience so much more welcoming. And, it goes without saying that Ben & Jerry's ice cream has some of the best and unique flavors around. The Cherry Garcia and Chunky Monkey for my latest trip was fresh and delicious. I will keep coming (and bringing friends and family) for the all-around great experience!
The staff is polite, the ice cream is good. The only bad part there is no seating.
The ice-cream flavors are a bit on the sweet side. They can be a bit less sweet
Ben & Jerry's is hands down my favorite ice cream. The new "fully baked" flavor seems like it would be good. I got it as a shake, not sure why. Great Location for an ice cream place.
I love Ben & Jerry's and I know that it comes at a premium price. However, the fact that it is in Universal CityWalk acts like a multiplier cause you'll pay more here than at other scoop shops.
Honestly this was a 5 star experience today after i was racially profiled at Sephora upstairs, it was good to see a person of color there being nice and welcoming us regardless of our race so thank you for making our day and making us smile to the african American guy with the beautiful smile, he's a great employee
friendly staff, i recommend AmeriCone Dream. fruit sorbets, were not soo special.
