This little boutique spot across from the famous Biltmore was within walking distance to several good restaurants, the Last Bookstore full of treasures and the Belasco Theater as well. Pricing is well within reason and the rooftop view at night is stunning. Highly recommended!
This hotel is absolutely incredible! My experience was amazing from valet all the way to check out. The decor is lush. The hotel staff members were extremely helpful and caring. They even go as far as sending you a text message to follow-up with your experience. The room was spacious and flawless. I was impressed and extremely satisfied. One of the best stays I've ever had within the Hilton Hotel group.
Protesters across the street were extremely annoying.
What a beautiful room. All new and fresh. Pretty bedding, great paint job including crown moulding, fresh carpet and new heavy room darkening drapes and sheers. There was a setee at the end of the bed and a work desk/chair. So many light fixtures that there was great illumination. Big screen tv worked great. Walk in closet. Bathroom had real stone and marble floors. There was no mold or mildew. I was really impressed. The in and out valet parking was wonderful with attentive staff. What a great experience to stay at a downtown hotel where it is top notch and in a great location, walkable to financial district.
Stayed here for 2 weeks on a work trip, and recommend it. Room was great, small issue with safe was sorted immediately. I got lucky with a top floor room with a view.
Staff were welcoming when we arrived from the airport for check-in at 1am.
Food is a bit expensive but that's probably a DTLA thing over anything else.
The bartenders are friendly and attentive, we ordered a few goblets of wine, petite noirs a lovely, smooth, and nice to the palate reserve from Oregon. We order it every time there. The accommodations are excellent; clean rooms, supplied well with towels, toiletries, etc. As well as the other guests are friendly.
Wonderful place to stay. By the way theres a deck where a jacuzzi is available and tables to enjoy the view and conversation. I will be back !

The checkers has a really nice rooftop. They have a hot tub up there on the roof and a good area to sit and smoke. The restaurant and bar downstairs has really good food with an extensive menu of seafood. The location is walking distance from everything downtown including the Staple Center and many malls. I really like their beds I don't feel like they were new but the bedding was better than a lot of hotels I've stayed in.
(3.5) Typical standard fare for a hotel restaurant. The inside is well done, very clean and updated. The food, was perfectly acceptable for hotel food. My salmon was great but the quesadilla was just normal... Service was excellent and it's definitely not too busy at lunch time.
The single best $22.00 hamburger ever.
Excellent fine dining restaurant down town. I had an amazing sea bass before we got a complementary town car to the opera. The food is well thought out and seasonal. The decor is a little dated but classic. The service is impeccable.
I was in a conference room they had very nice pastries and great coffee.
Seems like a great place for me to stay at another time.
Great bartender. I forget her name right now...Amanda? I'm not sure, but she made a great drink and handled a loudmouth pot stirrer really well.
