Great place for fresh, fast, delicious food- even late!
We popped by after a movie and loved the location and decor. Sort of like a Subway, customize your pizza as you wait in line. We ordered Pesto Pizza with Mozz and white pizza with garlic, chicken, cheese topped with arugula, both outstanding. I took one star away from review due to female who was the 1st person you encounter making salads, she had LONG braided hair and saw it "IN" the salads a few times as she reached down to get the greens and put into dishes. Sorry, that was gross and opted to NOT order a salad. I know many things go on in kitchens everywhere, but when you are out in front, wear a hair net or pull those massive braids back in a band please.
Best pizza in LA! America usually gets it wrong when it comes to pizza but this place hits the nail on the head. Crust was thin and crispy and the toppings were quality. Recommended if you want to have a taste of what real pizza tastes like!
This Pizzaria is placed in near of Santa Monica and Beverly Hills. Very friendly service and cool atmosphere. Their pizza is very delicious. One of the best in LA. The price is fine.
Travelling makes me really happy. So does food. So here’s a snippet of something that I really enjoyed while I was in Los Angeles recently. Watch this video from my visit to 800 Degrees Neapolitan Pizzeria in Downtown, LA. And while your at it, do Subscribe to my YouTube channel as well. Subscribe to my YouTube here
Great place and good pizza. Enjoyed my Margherita pizza here. The place is nice and spacious and their open kitchen is super fun to watch.

800 degrees has it going on. You really can't beat the value for the price. Quality ingredients, fast and friendly service, comfortable environment and besides having great pizza their salads are also great.
Overall, simple but quality ingredients and great execution can be found in the fare at Pizzeria , alongside an immersive Italian-styled environment. If you're looking for an authentic, quality Italian meal, it's a great place to be, and is deserving of its place in the Los Angeles restaurant..
Someone asked me, the other day, to choose a restaurant in Westwood for dinner. As Westwood isn't my usual hood, I experienced a brief moment of panic before remembering that there are indeed a few restaurants in Westwood that I have both eaten at and would happily return to. Case in point: 800 Degrees.
The toppings are very fresh, the crust is amazing. With several restaurants going out of business in westwood this place just proves the recipe of a successful restaurant: good prices and simple yet tasty food. This place is easily the best pizza restaurant in Westwood.
Affordable good pizza. Look, It's no Di fara's but it's very good for the price.
Wowza! Such a blast of tastiness! Had the Margherita pizza with Artichokes and Pepperoni. Fresh and tasty! So many options here & prices are good. Laid back college area environment. Perfect for lunch!
Let me just say: YUM!! First restaurant itself is perfectly fitting of a beautiful East coast pizzeria second m, the pizza was fabulous and last but MOST CERTAINLY not least, the nutella calzone is one dessert I will go running back to. It is by far the most delicious little treat that even if your counting calories you will enjoy (still going running afterwards) but take a cheat day to enjoy it for sure.
Hadn't gone in for so many years. What the heck was I waiting for??? Great place, super staff, food's fantastic, and price is right. Did I mention they are open really late!
Food was really good for the price and I like the make your own pizza concept. Food arrived very quickly too.
Great Italian style pizza!! It is a pit pricier then pieology since you pay per topping instead of 1 set price, but the premium is well worth it!!
Chris was amazing this was my first experience here and he made me feel welcome explained the pizza of the day by following the companies Instagram page. The pizza was great and fast service deff will recommend to others.
The best gluten free pizza crust around! Thin, crispy, flaky and so tasty! Some of the people at my table thought it was even better than their regular crust. Toppings were great too. I had the Bianca pizza with artichoke hearts and arugula. Delicious!
The pizza was good very filling but very oily. I'd say it's a solid 8 which is great for LA pizza. The soda machine felt like it was stolen from an 80s antique shop. The decor is nice and the booth seating comfortable. It does seem like they could have thought a bit harder about the layout as it feels clustered when there's a moderate crowd. The food I've had aside from the pizza is solid but probably more of a takeout place during busy hours.
Great food! The line can be long sometimes. Good customer service from the 4-5 times I have been. One pizza can feed two if you both aren't big eaters. Otherwise you should get your own pizza.
The decor is great especially with the beautiful chandelier. Adds a more refined feel to a casual pizza place.
Went on a Saturday night, and not much of a crowd yet. The process was easy, signs nice and big so there wasnt confusion as to how to order. Staff was super nice and upbeat. Pizza was made very quickly and it came out Delicious! Great flavor their tomato sauce is seasoned perfectly, fresh basil. They have a good variety of classic and interesting toppings. Overall I would definitely go here again. I took mine to go, but I would love to come back and sit down with a glass of wine.
