Went for brunch and it was fantastic! Such a great vibe and atmosphere, the DJ was playing excellent music as well. I love the family style options so you can try a little bit of everything. Perfect for a big group, will be coming again.

Great food, service, and location. Room is very open, with tables spaced for intimacy. Very attractive bar area as well. We arrived for a late lunch and there was only a small crowd. Greg took amazing care of us, being very attentive and accommodating. Everything we had was outstanding! Started with the Biratta with heirloom tomatoes. For our entrée we had the steak sandwich and a special, a ribeye medallion and shared an order of Brussel sprouts. Dude - this was the best Brussel sprouts we've ever had. Desert was a bourbon croissant bread pudding with homemade croissants, and a butter scotch pot de creme - a multilayed flan type dessert. Greg made a great recommendation on a dry Riesling that the wife very much enjoyed. This is a great place. Very happy we found this place, and would strongly recommend it.

Always the best food, coctails, live music, atmosphere and people. I live next to Baltaire and I’m here at least 2 per month. One of the best restaurant in LA for sure the best in Brentwood. You have to try Brunch they just started with sunday brunch for sure one of the best Sunday Brunch in US. See you there:)

This is a really chic experience. The hosts are professional when you first arrive I have only sat in the bar area. The bartenders are professional, friendly and skilled. The manager came by and checked how we were enjoying everything. Even though it is high end with excellent design, it still feels inviting and relaxed. The food is 5 star excellent. Looking forward to my next visit.

Good food and decent service.. I like to get an appetizer order in while looking at the menu (not allowed).. the restaurant is really loud and a bit stuffy. It's a solid 4.

Definitely a must! This place is buzzing at dinner time. Its dimly lit but spacious and lively with live jazzy tunes on Friday nights. We reserved one of their rooms for a more intimate experience but could still listen to the live music and enjoy the ambiance. The staff was great and helpful, the room was beautiful with a large wine cellar. The food was exquisite, their specialty drinks were amazing (the Old Fashion was one of the best I’ve tried!), and the dessert did not disappoint. This is the perfect place for a special night out, romantic date, or upscale celebratory gatherings.

Baltaire is my favorite restaurant in Brentwood. The ambiance, the food, the service is all fantastic. Their craft cocktails are to die for and the dessert makes them even better. Highly recommend the artichokes and salmon crispy rice, you can’t go wrong with steak or fish & you HAVE to get the mac&cheese. My family & friends love baltaire for dinner or to just sit at the bar for apps!

I attended a corporate dinner with 25 people so my experience was not your traditional dinning event. I think sometimes rating or reviewing Michelin stared restaurants is a little dicey. I mean a professional Michelin person went here and decided it was worthy of a star what is a normal dinner like me going to add? Anyway very nice restaurant, great food from what I was exposed to, I would like to go back and experience a traditional dinner at some point we had a limited menu. I ordered an Old Fashion Cocktail that had a smoked glass which if you like Old Fashions was a nice touch. Rib eye steak was what I expected from this type of establishment sides were also very nice. The service was spot on even with a larger party they had additional staff help service so everyone had their meals down within about a minute of each other. These are the little nuances that make a good restaurant great. If you have the means to try this place I doubt you will be disappointed. Disclaimer, don't go here if you have a budget, it's a little expensive...... :-)

I went for the brunch, and it was absolutely amazing 😇 the fillet mignon was melting on my tongue, and I cannot forget to mention the cinnamon roll. It smells and tastes like heaven. It was huge so we took it up, and even after warming it up in the mixrowave it was the best abd most fluffy dessert😍 My partner and I loved the drinks that are part of the 85$ menu. The amount of food you get for your buck is more than worth it. 5 enteees, 1 drink, and one main. The location is very beautiful, and so is the athmosphere.

Baltaire is an exceptional experience. The space and ambiance are amazing. Staff and management on point. They do American Steakhouse they way it should be done. Mac n Cheez is best in city. Everything in shareable portions which is great for party of 4 or 6. Plenty of space so you feel quite private even though there are many people in the massive dining hall. King Crab Louie and Lobster Cobb were 5 star as well as the delicious crispy fries. Meat, Meat, Meat is the way to go and they have what you need to succeed! Perfectly seared, charred, and temperature correct. The quality is supreme with beautiful marbling producing flaky, juicy bites. If more is needed, there’s cheese. One of best cheese selections in the city, an oft overlooked but wonderful way to finish off that 2nd bottle. Do yourself a favor and get the beignets for dessert.

This was the best dining experience I've had. The food was amazing, fresh, and the service was impeccable. The staff was attentantive and we never had to wait for acknowledgement or anything. I definitely recommend this spot. I will be back again for sure. The ribeye was the best I've had yet.

The lication was the place for Cheese Cake Factory... Baltaire is definitely a high end restaurant and the foods are excellent . Love their ahi tuna poke as appetizers ... The wagiu beef is out of this world and melt in your mouth ... The grilled bone marrow is great and the dover sole is perfect ... In general all foods are of high standard with great taste .... The price is a bit pricey but worth trying

My favorite place to go to! Best place in Brentwood! I do all of business meetings there and go there for personal occasions as well. Great atmosphere, very friendly staff, great food and music. I celebrated there the New Years and they did a phenomenal job making a great celebration for everyone. It felt very special being there. �

My husband Andrew and I went to Baltaire for the first time yesterday. My sister-in-law Khrysta happens to work there. She introduced us to the staff and everyone seemed really nice. The food was good and so was the service. I would definitely recommend this place and definitely would go back again soon. Glad we finally went. Great family place.

My husband and I came to Baltaire for the first time on Saturday evening. We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner. I started with the wedge salad. Just the right portion serving, while my husband had the crab cake. I'm not partial to seafood, but he said it was very good. I ordered the braised short ribs which were delicious. So tender you could cut with your fork. My husband had the small filet which he said was also cooked perfectly. We didn't opt for dessert as our meals satisfied our appetites. Our waiter, Chris, provided us with excellent service. He explained the menu as we were newbies. We will definitely be returning.

Made a reservation for 4 for brunch last Sunday, opened at 11am, and we were asked to wait 2minutes which quickly and annoyingly became 8 minutes...no mimosas to take the disappointment away from waiting so long:( Enjoyed the toast items with wine pairings...Thai curry shrimp on mine actually was decadent with a surprising pep to it (photo). Lovely ambience. Attentive servers and manager. It was a windy morning, so the only thing that bothered us was that the hostess stand was blocking the foyer bench which was actually filled with piles of menus, and caused the crowd to force us to leave the door open--I could have done without the ugly looks and gasps from other guests in front of us. Simple changes needed. I'd love to try dinner there...and I'd like to sit I the garden seating!

I had brunch at Baltaire yesterday and the service left much to be desired. Along with our entrees, we ordered a starter (cheddar biscuits) and mimosas. The cheddar biscuits arrived at the end of the meal along with the bill. They told us they ran out of batter and had to start from scratch. Funny because we kept seeing waiters serve biscuits to other tables. Our entrees came before the mimosas. I guess they had to grow the oranges. A huge disappointment from beginning to end. Very surprising since it wasn't that busy. Anyway, I will not be returning.

The steaks are fantastic, the crispy Brussel sprouts are insane...friendly, knowledgable staff and great atmosphere. I highly recommend Baltaire.

Was at Baltaire attending a private event and the place was magnificent. The menu selections were phenomenal and the service was above and beyond, from the tray pass team inside to the valet outside. One white coated Baltaire employee even checked in on me multiple times to make sure I was taken care of at the very end of the night- she was like having my own personal concierge. Whether you experience them through a private event, stop by for lunch or a special occasion dinner, Baltaire is not to be missed.
