If you are looking for a cute cozy and yummy american italian dinner, you found it! I cant believe i have never tried this place, we will definitely be back. The bruschetta was refreshing and melts in your mouth, and the calamari was crispy and fresh without being overly oily. The chicken parm was d
Overall amazing experience...what could be better than enjoying wonderful food while surrounded by old time family photos covering every inch of the walls. Come for the food and stay for the atmosphere. Don't forget to order the cheesecake with the raspberry sauce to put a cherry on top of the whole
good food RUINED by the older lady [shoulder length black and grey hair] at the front desk/register they have zero signage for bathrooms, and having never been before, i walked up to ask if they even had bathrooms. the woman at the desk says yes [they do] then goes back to ignoring me. i then ask w
Authentic Italian restaurant, phenomenal food from homemade meatballs to their specialty, ravioli! Mmmmmm. Wine and deserts... Nothing but the best. The wait staff is the best of the best. And then there's the atmosphere. Beautiful and cozy. Indoor and outdoor seating options. Absolutely love this p
A truly old school place. Great for a date or with friends. The servers are friendly and helpful. Ruhalla was our waiter and between the atmosphere and food it was a very pleasant experience.
Such a fun Italian restaurant with great food. Our server "Sunshine" was very entertaining.
Love their roasted garlic on pizza. Love their pink vodka sauce on penne. Love their salads. Been their for lunch, dinners & happy hour- Such a gem of a place!
Hometown Italian cozy vibes. Great food and generally chatty dim atmosphere. Service can be slow, they seem to give more attention to the higher paying tables, but you can just get pizza or meatless dishes and it's very reasonable. My favorite dish is the tomato Vodka Pene. It's better than you thin
Perfect place to enjoy a fine Italian meal. I enjoyed chicken parmigiana meal capped off with spamoni ice cream. Just doesn't get any better than this !
This is by far my FAVORITE Italian restaurant in LA. Food tastes home cooked with care. Service is always friendly. And I absolutely LOVE the quaint atmosphere. Right by the beach so great for a romantic day or night date. I've been coming here for a number of years, never disappoints.
I had the Calzone with spinach and mushrooms. The crust was crispy but still tender with loads of fillings and cheese. I only gave 4-stars for spinach not being cooked. Not that fresh is a bad thing just my preference. Everyone else enjoyed their pasta.
Traditional Italian cuisine Fresh pizza dough made from scratch. Ravioli made from scratch. Busy on the weekends. For a party of 6 or more, make a reservation. Staff have been there for years. Live music on the weekends. Feels like Italy. Moody, romantic lighting. Bathroom shared with Harbor Room. G
I got the scallop pasta dish which was overall good. It was tossed in an olive oil based sauce, so it is oily, but it has a good flavor. The scallops were the disappointing part, since they weren’t seared, so they were missing out on some great flavor.
Don’t let the kitschy decorations and old school signs fool you, this place was going up on a Saturday. My friend made it in some time before me and said he was seated right away. He got the melon and prosciutto which I snagged upon arriving. What a better way to start a meal than with some fruit? M
