Tsujita La Artisan Noodle - Los Angeles - Photo album

Tsujita is a tsukemen and ramen place, with its tsukemen being their speciality (Both are really good though!). The tsukemen noodles are thick and grippy with a chewy texture, and for the one I ordered, came with four pieces of thick leaner chashu (My favorite!!!), they were delicious! They had a sl
Awesome tsukemen spot with a wait time even on a Sunday afternoon. Waited about 15-20 minutes and got seated indoors. Never had tsukemen before, which is essentially ramen noodles and the soup broth in separate bowls. The broth is thicker than traditional ramen and the noodles are dipped in the bro
Fantastic Japanese eatery in central Sawtelle, J-town. It was buzzing with a long line right when they opened. We were thrilled to dine here. Had their wildly popular Tsukemen & were not disappointed. Noodles were al dente, broth had a perfect umami balanced flavour, & the pork was juicy tender. Our
The noodle comes out so fast, literally right after you order. There’s a bit of a lunch wait on the weekends. Noodles were so chewy! The dipping concentrated soup was good and not too salty, it’s very flavorful.
Tsujita is my go-to ramen noodle spot when I go to LA. Located in the bustling heart of Sawtelle, known as "Little Osaka" of Los Angeles, Tsujita LA Artisan Noodle is a ramen haven that’s earned its stellar reputation through sheer culinary mastery. Amidst an enclave celebrated for diverse eateries,

A legendary place to eat ramen and tsukemen. Has a real home made flavour served in simple surroundings. Be prepared to wait for a table in the evening but it's well worth the wait
They have a pretty good Tsukeman. Noodle is chewy enough, and sources have complicated tastes based on seafood. I like it, Chashu was good, but it's not my taste. Good restaurants ^^
Love it! One of the best Japanese noodles you can find outside of Japan. The eggs were cooked so perfectly that I ordered 2 eggs next time. Their rice starters are decent but I'd recommend the spicy tuna than the salmon for sure. Dip noodles gets cold easily when sitting outside.
So currently I am visiting from NYC. My close friend recommended me here. I had the first option of Ramen the charisu ramen. As soon as I had the ramen I tasted the broth. I really enjoyed the broth because you can really taste the shiitake base among other flavors. It's extremely flavorful. It's no
