Mels drive in diner. Food was delicious, pancakes on point. 😋 $4 mimosa hit the spot after flying in first thing in the am. My kids loved all their food too. The vibe is on point. Tons of old movies memorabilia on the walls. Would definitely return if I'm ever back in the area.

Fun restaurant with a 40's & 50's diner feel and the fact that it's in Hollywood made it feel even more authentic. Breakfast was good but for the price I was expecting more. Still recommend if you wanna step back in time and enjoy the old Hollywood atmosphere.

Traditional American diner that didn’t disappoint. We wanted burgers, large fries, American extra long drinks and we got it all!
The duke box was on, the server was nice and kept refilling our drinks for free. Service was quick too. It felt authentic and traditional and we loved it!

Mel's Drive-In isn't really a drive-in anymore. But that doesn't mean it isn't a fun place to have lunch. They had an anniversary celebration recently, and I stopped by to enjoy a meal and help celebrate.

Everything was fresh, the waiter was informative patient and very well mannered. They were quick, didn't wait long to be seated, and received our food.

I stumbled upon Mel's Drive-In Hollywood restaurant, and it turned out to be a real treasure. The ambiance was cozy and had a warm, rustic feel that immediately put me at ease. The service was outstanding; the staff was not only knowledgeable but also genuinely passionate about the food they served.
Service was okay, not much of discussion with that, our server was friendly and kind. The food was great, I loved it and I think this is the place for sandwiches and burgers. The atmosphere was everything, the 50s dinner the decor it was everything that made the diner feel alive.
