I came looking for the pop tarts and it seems this is the only place in LA that’s sells a homemade pop tart? It was fine, $6.5 is a lot for such a small pastry with not much filling.

I wasn't won over by the chicken sausage, but my experience with such is limited. The Dog Pile was great, and their coffee is good. Great meal, tremendous ambiance.
Really wanted to try a bacon donut. Alas, the last one was sold just before the waitress came to me. Tried the pozole instead. Very good flavor, but not traditional at all. It had cheese in it. Very strange for pozole. Tasty nonetheless.
