Paid for 40$ worth of gas only was able to pump 10$ because the pump cut off. Teller would not refund me my money. Told me on his end it shows that I pumped 40$. He was very rude yelling and saying I’m not getting my money back. He then made a phone call and told me to come back in the morning. When I asked who do I talk to in the morning I was told he doesn’t know, when I asked him who was the manager that I could call he told me don’t ask him. I Only gave one star because I couldn’t rate lower!!

I see alot of negative reviews on here, but my experience was good. Today was my first time stopping here for some coffee and milk. And the cashier was helpful and actually saved me money by signing me up for the rewards program. Now the outside and overall structure could use a face lift but I know times are tough with covid so It is what it is. The coffee was hot and they have alot of flavoring choices. The milk was Borden dairy and was no were near expiration.

Wouldn't recommend. They refused to give me my owed change from my fuel. Then I simply asked when the manager will be in so she can help solve my problem. The attendant then proceeded to call me a liar because the money never showed back up on my bank statement. So the attendant decided it'd be a good idea to follow me to my car to show me an unwanted receipt to "show" me he wasn't a liar. Well if you're not a liar then what happened to my money?

I live right down the street, stopped there tonight the cashier was sleeping, when I woke him he was rude,. The only reason I stop here is because it's in the way home .asked him for owners number, he responded u know her number if u co e here.,...wow. Time to dri e to speesway. I also want to say the managers during day are great but I will never stop here again at night and I spend approx30$ A night my money spends where people appre iatte it

One of the worst seven eleven gas stations I've been to. I went to get an ice coffee to try and the cashier lady said I had the wrong cup for the deal and I grab the other one but they were the same size. Then i didn't like the coffee after trying a sip and threw the cup out. Then I grabbed a water and she got an attitude with me like I wasted the drink but I only filled it a little to try since it was my first time. Then I wanted a ticket and she asked for my ID for some reason which I've never been asked before in like 20 years. Terrible customer service.

I came from elyria to pay a bill and this is the only place it can b paid and they had a guy working there by himself on his first day n didn't even know how to take care of me. Now I've waisted my time and gas to come all the way here. They need to get it together at this place why would u leave someone who can't help thr customers by them selves
