The manager at the Loomis location is extraordinary! He strives for excellence in every aspect of his work. The food is always prepared to perfection, and he is just the cherry on top.
After a very negative experience, the GM Garrett took the time to reach out to me and make it right. It had nothing to do with the quality of the food here. It was for a large order placed previously where 7 items didn't show up. At that time, we agreed on an acct credit for a future visit. When I called in tonight, they claimed they didn't see any credits. He came into the situation after previous rep accussed je of being a liar. He made it right
Here for a soccer party and the staff was very helpful and the pizza was really good. The salad bar was full of options and it was pretty fresh. The kids were all excited because the tattoo dispenser and claw machine all worked. We will definitely be back soon.
This place is great as the food is always fast and the people that work there are always nice. They have a couple of TVs and a couple of games for the kids on the inside. They are always a bit lost on the register but they always get it right. I would highly recommend this place.
The staff are friendly and efficient. It is easy to order off the website for pickup. Party room was kept clean.
Just came to this location for the first time and was blown away by the customer service and professionalism I received from the staff. McKenna, Dylan, and Nate were awesome to say the least and made me feel at home while I waited for my pizza, this location is the gold standard of customer service, I hope these employees are rewarded for their performance. At a time when so many people dont want to work and with the stress of covid, these workers were happy to be here and did a great job, I will definitely be back and I recommend this location to anyone who's looking for great customer service. Good hearted people work here!! Our pizza delivery person went out of her way to pick up our lost puppy and organize her return!! Bless her soul, otherwise our little girl would have probably been hit. Only the Loomis Round Table ! 💓💓💓
Great customer service at this location! I ordered a pizza for takeout and got delayed and couldn’t pick it up when I had asked for it to be ready. When I called to let them know I was running late, they actually made a new pizza for us. I was not concerned at all with a 45 minute old pizza as this pizza is great old, cold, or served in a shoe. Thanks Susan and the crew!
The garlic twists are some of the best you can get at any pizza place. The lunch buffet with salad bar is also great, 2 ppl can eat for just over $20 and the salad bar has an excellent selection of stuff. I have work at 2 of these establishments while I was in college and still love and trust the quality of the food if that says anything.
Clerk recommend the new cheese stuffed crust. Pizza was great. Will order again. Love round table and the salad bar has great choices, clean, food looks fresh taste good.

Great pizza, if you have an allergy to cheddar, your won't be able to find any options. Also, make sure you have coupons. They are very expensive. Even with coupons, for almost $10 off I got a large and a medium 2 topping pizza for $45. That's crazy expensive.
