Amazing food and beautiful view. Service was wonderful. Shrimp and grits were remarkable! Loved them. Fried tomato BLT was good and so was fried chicken from kids meal. Cubanbbq sandwich was great!

This is a must do if visiting Rock City. You can’t beat the view and the food was great! Highly recommend the Arnold Palmer with Vodka, fried green tomatoes, and the BBQ sandwich. We had such a wonderful lunch here and our waitress was great!

Okay, here's the scoop, we came up to see the pretty rocks and good views while visiting the Lookout Mountain area. We had pre-planned to eat lunch AFTER our stop in Rock City, presuming cheap pizza and sad chicken tenders like most tourist destinations serve. I cannot overstate how truly impressed we were with lunch at Cafe 7. The cocktails were unique (fall-themed) and the food was outstanding and some of the best we've eaten in the Chatanooga area. The chef is HAND-ROLLING pasta and making everything from scratch. Oh, and the view of seven states is for sure cool too. We were honestly just blown away by a kitchen hand making everything in a destination like this one. Great service, lovely views, and KILLER squash ravioli.

Beautiful view, and the food was fabulous! I had the shrimp and grits and they were delicious. They paired well with the Chattanooga brewed Oktoberfest beer as well. Definitely plan on eating here when you visit Rock City!

All sorts of hot chocolate options! They offer a 20% military discount. We had hot chocolate. The lines were long because of the large crowds on a pretty night watching Christmas lights. The staff was very friendly and hard working.

Food is great!!! Your can enjoy good food with a mind blowing view!!! Happy his cafe is on the edge of cliff!!! Price is litter bit high but worth it!!!

Sat outside in the sun and had a couple of beers. The draft beer were $5 each.
