I frequent here 3 times a week. Staff is always friendly and precise with the order. The wait is short and the food is still hot and ready. Look out Churches and Popeyes. If they start selling chicken you're out of business.

Asked for dark chocolate Oreo custard, this was not dark chocolate. It had Oreos in it though. Whoo.

No leadership
Always waiting and no one to multi task and get drunk orders out ... Severely lacking in leadership!!! Food orders are never correct or cold and waiting too long. I honestly do not like this Sonic... Suppose to be fast as the speed of sound. Kids running this place into the ground

Michelle at the window is EXTREMELY rude, it's as if she's on some power trip from working the drive thru window. They are supposed to close at 11, but good luck getting your order in if you come in at 1045; they won't even answer the drive thru or the "red buttons". I rang the store and was told, "we sometimes close early if it's slow".

1/2 off cherry Limeaid came without fresh fruit. This was the second one they made. The first one was a strawberry limeaid. Had to wait too long to place order. 4 cars left the window before I was asked at the squawk box what I wanted. Unacceptable food and customer service.

It literally makes no sense to wait 20 mins for one meal, only one car in the lot, 3 employees inside. Then there’s people entering the kitchen in flip flops and hair everywhere, not sanitary at all. Really wish the customer service could improve here.
