Shopping in general was OK. Isles had pallets of stock in them making it awkward to get about especially with it being so busy. The Cafe was sssslllloooowwww. 30 minutes to get served. The que to get out was bad too, but they did get three people out to clear the que in the end...on a good note...the sundae.....omg...it's worth the wait.

Sept, 2021 Update - still really like this store but online customer service is really bad. Spent $1500 on a gazebo + $500 delivery. Received an email about a week ago that said they tried to call (no record in my phone) and couldn't reach me so they scheduled the delivery for 9/3/21. On 9/2/21, I received another email saying they would deliver between 11:30 am and 3:30 pm on the 3rd. I took off work and the delivery company did not call or show. The next day, I looked out at 11:15 am and the boxes had been thrown under the front carport - heavy boxes on top of light boxes (pics attached). After taking off work and a tragic delivery costing an additional $500, Sam's Club wants to "make a note of it." On top of everything, there are several forklift cuts in the heavier boxes. If the product is damaged, I will be more than happy to return it. Reduced rating by 2 stars.
Old review - I like the pepperoni pizza too much. Unfortunately, when shopping, I always find more than I need. They have nearly everything; most of the time, more than I need.

You would think that someone would teach ALL cashiers what to scan first and what to scan last! Like I don’t know, Bread and chips…

Bakery labeled birthday cake as white cake with white icing but was in fact chocolate. Way to ruin a party. Talked to the bakery manager, but got no offer to replace it or refund. I will not buy anything from bakery again. Thanks for nothing

Yesterday my husband placed an order well when i got there they didn't have a cake 😐. Not sure what happen they couldn't find the order or the cake, i order from there before this never happens, I was extremely sad and heartbroken I had tears in my eyes, what was I going to tell my 9 year old???? 😢 well I placed another order for tomorrow and luckily TANYA tells me that if I didn't mind waiting she could make me the cake today 😭😭😭😭 she went beyond to help me with my sons cake, and she did it with a smile 😃. We need more people like her 😊in this world she has no idea how greatful I am to her, my sons class was so happy to celebrate with him. The cake looked great and tasted so yummy. Thank you so much Tanya for all your help 😘 I am forever grateful🥰🥰

Store would be a five star if it wasn’t for the lack of customer service in the food department where you buy the fresh pizzas and pretzels! Usually when you say hi how are you? Employees don’t respond with what do you want and roll their eyes, then slam the drink down. Maybe she can’t handle working or just an ignorant dysfunctional person that’s angry with the world! She needs training on customer service ASAP cause she definitely has the trashy act down to the T! The employee working 4/02/22 at 12p.m.

I was notified at 945am that my 10-11 pickup was ready. I got here right at 10am. I checked in on the app with my spot number and everything. The app now shows that my items were picked up and I'm STILL waiting. This happens every single time. The last time this happened, I went inside and got my.order. Poor process. **I went in and got my order. Was told there was a lot of call-ins. Was told that last time as well.

I went into Sam's for the promotion for a membership. There where 2 people in front of me and only one customer agent. When I finally got to the front of the line 6 more people behind me. I asked why no I e else and she called another person to help people finally. She tried to up sale me in the.memebership and informed.me if I did not by the plus membership I would need to come back at 19 to be able to shop and or even walk around.I bought the basic membership even unhappy and then to top it off she had no membership cards . If Sam's really wants to try and pull in new members they might want to work on customer service Very poor service
